don't drink for health reason if

If you are not rich or wealthy the health benefit of drinking alcohol disappear..or risks of heavy drink get worse .

so for the most part ..it looks like there is no real health benefit to drinking alcohol . If you are wealthy all the benefits that go along with it mitigate the risks of drinking .

from experience and observation.. i think being poor and broke is just very bad for your healthy ..and building wealth while maintaining or improving healthy ..having access to the highest quality food, best medical care and limiting financial stress .

getting rich is good for your health .

    "But among the poorest participants in the study, the odds of death for moderate drinkers were just 21 percent lower than for nondrinkers."

    That's probably a little bit of a benefit to some people. But if you want to die it's not really a benefit.

      the real issue is the bigger problems drinking can cause and makes worse at lower income levels ..and for many higher income earner problem drinking overtime tend to lower the income and cause career problems ..

      I am not against drinking i drank quite a bit the year and a half i was in Vegas ..oe of the draw back though is how heavily taxed it can be
