Do Tigers need motivation?
I was chatting with an entrepreneur who is running a successful 7-figure business in India,
I asked him,"How do you motivate yourself in hard times?"
His answer amazed me,
He said,
"Do Tigers need motivation? Their success rate is 10% that means they fail 9 times out of 10.
So, do they cry and give up? No, they fail, evolve and succeed. So what keeps them going? the answer is 'survival'.
Similarly,
We should consider our work as an only way to survive and this will keep you motivated.'
It was a very important lesson for me.
