The Easiest Way to Reprogram Yourself...

This came to me about 5 years ago, but it changed my life at the time and I didn't think to share it with others until recently.

Impoverished people think in terms of lack: why am I so poor? Why don't I have a better life? Etc

Successful people naturally think in terms of substance and abundance though...

Why do I always have more than enough?

Why do make more than enough to take care of my bills?

Why am I living in complete abundance?

Why am I completely satisfied and fulfilled?

Why am I so happy and energized everyday?

I think you get the idea.

Some personal development products have been made around this idea, but it's so simple I think it's ridiculous not to share something so basic.

When I first did this I recorded my voice and played it for about 10 - 30 minutes per day to reprogram myself over about 15 - 20 days.

It helped immediately and my life shifted in a very unexpected way.

It's literally just a series of positive questions.

Make about 5 - 10 basic questions about things that discomfort you / make you uneasy that point you toward your goals.

We are not aiming at mediocrity here; only abundance and being the best that we possibly can.

The reason this works is extremely easy to understand.

It is the most basic form of hypnosis.

No need for any fancy techniques.

You can implant beliefs into the brain merely by a process of repetitions.

If you imagine and repeat such affirmations often enough they become
accepted by the cerebellum (motor region) of the brain.

This part of the brain can make no distinction between a 'real' and an 'Imagined'
experience. To the cerebellum 'everything' is a real experience.

So, after enough repetitions, the new 'belief' is accepted as being real.

Life acts out in a different way when you have no neediness. You act and think differently
when all you see is abundance and opportunity.

A nice post but I just thought I'd add my .02 for those who doubt the technique.

This is not the same as looking to the universe for solutions. This is real and can be
    done by anybody.

The transformation must be seamless. That means you program the mind with key commands that run on autopilot...without having to "think" anything. Just do your session and call it a day...

    It's called Psionic Preparation

    Forget I said just that.

Dive deep and don't just think, envision. But the envisioning part must remain strong to invoke change. And enjoy the process. That will boost your vibrations and vibes are everything because sparks are created and that fosters magnetism (that's a big one).

    Imperatively,

When I i first heard of psionic preparation I laughed about it.

Nowadays I'm using this cosmic principle with much success.

I think that many decades down the road, humanity will have a better understanding of how truly powerful the mind is. It's an incredible gift. Without a doubt your mind will create your reality based on what you feed it, and more specifically, what questions you feed it. A question rooted in scarcity will always produce an answer rooted in scarcity. The same is also true if you flip that and ask questions rooted in abundance.

I'm well aware that this can sound like a bunch of bs, but it's something you have to experience to realize how true this is. Great post op

in the next few decade the computer in front of you will be many times more powerful than the mind in your brain ..and it will have access to nearly all of human knowledge ..and you mind can only store and have access to a fraction of that ..

how many people do you know that if they lost their phones ..the only way they would get the numbers of most of their friend when hey replace the phones..is to contact them through facebook and ask for the numbers ..that is just one example ..

if you want to cook something do you go hbuy a bnch of cook books or ask people you know who cook..or do you do a google search online or a search in youtube .

GPS ..people who use gps have the part of their brain that use to have to remember how to get places shrink
(for those to lazy to search https://medicalxpress.com/news/2010-...ction-age.html )

What will happen with the mind as it become obsolete ..is humans will become more aware of how to use consciousness to better use the monds inside their head and the super mind being built outside their bodies .. and more aware of how to reprogram both ..though unless you take responsibility to reprogram the mind inside your head..the supermind outside you will reprogram your mind to access your consciousness ..

I've read and have been practicing the technique of taking the time between laying down for sleep and the actual sleep for feeling what it feels like to already have your desired end result. I ask myself before sleep: what does it feel like to earn my first dollar off my website?. What feelings would you try to feel to program your mind for your success before sleep?

Or you could stop sleeping and get to work.

Sorry I don't get the idea, heavysm.

    How I see it:
    • Why do I always have more than enough?
    • Why do make more than enough to take care of my bills?
    • Why am I so happy and energized everyday?
Why question the comfort zone or is being satisfied/happy a bad thing?

    As for this:
    • why am I so poor? Why don't I have a better life? Etc
Won't this continue on to listing the problems and plan -> act toward solving/eliminating them?

I don't get what the problem is here.

You are asking questions to purposefully stretch your comfort zone and grow.

That's what's evolving / growing is - you are literally stretching your comfort zone and feeling discomfort due to the change.

These questions just make the change a little easier + more tolerable.

This is also about doing rather than analyzing the method.

If you think about this all day, it likely won't make sense because the intellect likes to confuse itself.

Ever say a word so much it loses all meaning and doesn't sound like a word anymore?

That's kind of what happens here.

Ah if I understand you correctly, you're saying that people that ask those questions without answering and acting upon are to make them remain in their comfort zone, correct?

As soon as you ask those questions your brain is forced to create the reality that makes them true.

So the question, "Why am i making $3,000 per month in profit?"

It isn't true until your brain makes it true through reality projection; it literally seeks to create that reality through the thing you just asked.

And yes, you naturally go about your day and suddenly you start acting in a way that creates that $3,000 per month reality.

          Makes sense?

So it's not really what you think but everything that you do.

Have you heard of Noah StJohn?

This way of talking to yourself with questions happened to him too in April 1997 he says.

    He also says:
"it occurred to me that "affirmations" are statements. I realized that the human mind doesn't do well with statements because it operates best with questions. For example, "I'm so rich." and not believing it so your mind counters with "that sounds, and is, ridiculous". But when you ask "Why am I so rich?", your mind starts working to find the answer.
His two books in the early years on this subject were one of the many that started me on the road to a mindset turnaround.

Yep, ive heard of the guy.

My point here though is that you don't really need to buy a book or program now to understand or use such a simple technique.

    That's what i meant here:

What people take for granted is the little things that we invest into ourselves. We know that this is what should be done but we are looking into instantaneous results. Not knowing that everything takes time. There is no such thing as overnight success. Thank you for sharing this inspiration.

In fact the mind has to think "over" something: with normal positive affirmation, the mind will value if they're believable, with a question like "why", the mind is gonna find the elements to support the affirmation.

It's a simply and powerful trick.

Anthony Robbins says that "question force the answers", which means that questions force the mind to FIND the answers.

what you say is a bit of the essence of positive thinking, and for those who also believe in the philosophy of the law of attraction ...

something like your pontificates modeling yourself is the reality that surrounds us ...
surely there is something true about this,
just think of the connection we have with the posture of our body and the mood we have
    I explain:
if you are sad it's down to your posture also fits, low-backed squard down, slow walking, etc.
    if you are happy:
look up, shoulders up, walk faster and more linear.

the nice thing you can reverse this
when you are sad, try to raise the head, shoulders up and so on.
and you will see that you will certainly be better

the real problem but this no and durraturo, in fact even if you repeat to yourself, everything is fine, your unconscious knows very well that it is not so ...
so to do as you say and always be positive vule us a huge job inside ourselves.

Playing the Cosmic Master's hypnotizing tracks every now and then: that's all she wrote.

  • It took me awhile to start applying affirmations in my life. I never thought they worked.

I always thought you would need a counselor or a program to reprogram your mind to think positive. I remember I was in a deep deep depression and one night I couldn't sleep and I told myself why am I laying here whining over something that happened several months ago?

Life goes on and sooner or later I'm going to look back and see how much time I wasted with all the negative thinking, holding grudges, and reminiscing on old memories that won't get me anywhere.

Nowadays I seek to think positive and I'm more thankful than ever to be alive and have the opportunity to be living in a time where millionaires are being made everyday of all ages and races.

Just love life and don't let things you can't control effect you.

Okay so you're posing the things you'd like to achieve in a question-based format.

What about plain and simple affirmations? I've begun listening to this video about 2 times a day, downloaded it to my iphone and so far it's been pretty neat.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lkCrPjmwks

So, is there a difference with question-based affirmations vs regular affirmations?

Has anyone here read Psycho-Cibernetics by Maxwell Maltz?
Grab yourself a copy, probably one of my all-time favorites.

Here's a tip...combine this program with the questions i have in the main post and you will see a massive different in yourself in less than a few weeks.

I used something like that exact program years ago for getting over a nasty breakup and it worked VERY well to help distract me and help me push hard in other parts of my life.

Question statements + some of those subliminal programs = dynamite results if you use them correctly.

I'm just posting stuff that I have personally used for significant results.

All the other stuff is good, but i literally recorded my voice with about 15 statements and replayed those statements back to myself each day for about 10 - 20 minutes minimum - the results were very strong.

Prior to that i used the simple statements you're talking about and felt very minimal results - and that was over several week so use, close to a month.

This is cool Heavy. I dig it. Because asking these questions forces you to face your fears, and feeling fears is the simplest way to reprogram yourself. But HIGHLY uncomfortable at times, LOL, because digging deep reveals some terrors mind would rather keep buried hehehehe.....

I found feeling fear, releasing fear and acting mainly from love and harmony moved me out of reprogramming and healing mode to loving, kinda fearless mode. From fixing, to being. Big shift, fun shift, sometimes unpleasant, but neat because I get to help more folks now and prosper, and live a neat life too.
