What makes you stay FOCUSED and ENERGETIC?

Hi, kinda wanted to discuss with my fellow mates here about how do you stay focused and energetic throughout the day?

Nowadays, I get tired and lazy for nothing. I always feel tired throughout the day after waking up in the morning and NOT energetic. This happens because I'm behind some bills and have to pay soon, the deadline is already over. This thought wears me down.

Every night when I go to sleep, I promise myself that tomorrow I won't feel tired and won't procrastinate but the same thing happens day after day. Right after sipping tea in the morning I get lazy and depressed. Then I go to youtube and watch some comedy videos to cheer myself up but that hardly works. I have some due bills to pay asap and this brings me down.

Also, I know business models like CPA, Affiliate, Shopify DSing but don't have the money to invest. You won't believe that since the last Nov 2017, I have tried to make money online and even signed up for the 60 days Shopify trial but I didn't have - the money for ads, the pre-fulfillment money to order from my suppliers etc... And I wasted 2x60 days trials back to back i.e., 4 months on two different email addresses. I had an awesome website perfectly optimized, confirmed by some legit people having successes online as well as the Shopify team. I know it takes money to make money but seriously I am having real issues with the money.

Also, I DON'T have the best of relationship with my family to ask for help. They are literally scrubs and are in-born criticizers and doubters. I've been through a lot since my childhood.
My family and their relatives are the types of people who will FIND new problems for EVERY SOLUTION given. 80% of the society is also like that.

So, my question is have you all who succeeded making money online went through such a s#itty and broke phase OR you guys had some money to invest?

How do I NOT lose FOCUS, NOT get tired and be consistent with my goals?

I was in a similar situation and what worked for me was choosing an venture/project that I was "passionate" about. (I know ― you have probably heard that before however it really does make a World of difference.) Choose something that makes you feel alive and willing to work on even when you don't necessarily feel like it.

I've been trying to get in the habit of creating a work schedule, and going to bed at the same time. Doesn't always work but I keep to the schedule pretty good.

if you are going to do nothing at least get out of your apartment and into fresh air ..and walk around a park or something .. listening to music on your phone .. and start collecting aluminum cans like homeless people to make extra money ..

it will give you practice for the future if you keep doing nothing when you have bills that are not getting paid.. or just go homeless for a while and pay for a year subscription at a fitness club ..so you have a place to shower every day .. then pay for a place to store clothing .. and buy a car you can pay for with cash to live in and insure that for a year..

look basic financial freedom.. no bills to pay .. place to sleep and shower .. ..then just worry about food ..

You should take a break from I.M. and get a job. 1 or 2 things could be going wrong. You do not have the skills at this time to make money online. Or you have other under lying problems. The only way to relieve some stress is take a job some where. This will help you pay down some of your debt's and ease some pressure. Not everyone is cut out to make it online.

Thanks DWolfe. However both of those can be overcome with a little bit of will-power and persistence. (Personally I think almost anyone can be successful online -- if they really choose to be.)

well if one believes they need money ..to build an online business.. but they are not even up to making enough money offline to pay their normal bills .. they have the wrong type of percistance for success online or offline ..

the e factor or effort factor is what is needed for even low levels of success ..when you don't have money ..you have to apply the e factor.. or accept the lack of results..

sitting in ones parents basement trying to succeed online while the parents are upstairs calling you a lazy bumb who need to get off your butt and get a job..

not the way to succeed online

might as well just step out and be homeless asap .. and find the motivation from needing to eat and find a place to sleep ..sooner the better

Step one. Assessment. Where are you? I can only guess, UK or Oz, because of your use of "mates". So you begin with where you are at. Physical location.

Then, your ASSETS. We see you have several, that is, you are on this forum which tells us you have a computer, phone, or pad of some kind and Internet access. So you can connect to Internet.

That is asset ONE. You have email. You've done some things, so that is some knowledge of the WWW, or Internet. You can search, use Google, etc.

Now what you need, right now...are small victories. Small successes. You look around, and SEE what other assets you have. Do you have a TV? Any personal property? Any games? If so, then SELL them, on either your version of Craigslist or eBay, on craigslist it costs nothing to list items, on eBay you pay once the transaction is made.

IF you have absolutely nothing to sell, then you walk around your neighborhood on bin day, trash day or garbage day, whatever you call it. LOOK for things that have been discarded, anything. You can make this part of your get out of the house and exercise and get some fresh air day.

IF there is anything you think has any value, take it home and try to make a couple of bucks. Also, if you do sell your tv or game console, or anything, look for yard sales, garage sales while you are dumpster diving.

The point? Get yourself in the small habit, just an hour a day...to look for STORED VALUE items. Can't make any money doing that? Tell it to the fleamarketflipper guy, who made over 100k last year, and last month did over 7500 flipping stuff. Google him.

He just did 1000 bux from FREE stuff he found, CURBSIDE junk, or throw away stuff.

What could you do with 1,000.00 for your IM?

The problem is, you need small success to build off of. You need to go in motion, do small energy tasks.

The going out and about on trash day is an energy building exercise. And it has some potential to make you some money.

As for online. You need small victories. Fellow warrior Barb Ling has sold ONE PAGE CHEATSHEETS, for dime sale prices, 3 and 4 dollars. Not long ago, because she is an affiliate worker, turned one small ONE PAGE pdf into over 4,000 dollars in less than 30 days, and none of those tools cost you anything, so join JVzoo, WarriorPlus, clickbank. SOME small steps which don't take any money, very little time and almost no energy.

MOTIVATION as was said half a century ago by Earl Nightengale, comes from the ANTICIPATION of a reward.

You move toward a goal, as you want the reward. You want big rewards from very little effort, but examine what you did with your Shopify and other IM efforts. You made the motion, you made the effort...

    BUT...

you didn't get any reward, mainly because it wasn't defined. You wanted money. But you lacked plans and execution.

So, you could start with a small HOTSHEET, or cheatsheet like Barb Ling has. Google her (google and search engines are another ASSET you have at your fingertips).

I recently sold a two page PDF report for 10 bux and took in several hunderd dollars in a matter of days, sure, I have a list....but so do a lot of people

And that is where the LEVERAGE COMES in, when you are an affiliate, like Barb and many other people, I remember getting offers about her Cheatsheet from several of her affiliates, because I am on several lists. As I'm sure you are too.

See. You have some, maybe too many excuses and are too willing to place the blame on family and circumstances.

If you want to break out of your depression and situation, you don't need to take MASSIVE ACTION like too many wannabee gurus (here in the mind warrior section especially)....

NO, you need to take small actions, small steps BUT GET RESULTS. Getting a dollar or two from a one page report or cheatsheet, hotsheet, instructions or whatever is DOABLE.

Finding something on the curb, is doable. I've got two things listed today on Craigslist which other people threw away, I expect 45 bux before the day is over, for doing nothing more than resucing the items for the curb and taking all of 5 minutes to post on craigslist. I didn't even get exhausted from all that effort either.

But, I may still take an afternoon nap. Big deal, 45 bux for 10 minutes. Well, 45 pays for my Kindle, or 3 months of Prime. It buys me PLR, which I can rebrand and sell. I pay a whopping 2.95 a month for my "free" website which has generated tens of thousands of dollars of profit, mainly because I lack excuses and don't blame my sorry family.

You have to start where you are at.

    With what you have.

Know where you want to go. (No nebulous ideas, no wandering, if you go outside, and head for the nearest park, then at least you have a clear desination, why not start this week and try to earn 10 dollars, from either selling something, doing something for someone, even finding something and flipping it>).

A SMALL VICTORY. A small no energy, small amount of time success.

Set a small goal. And do as Earl Nightengale said long ago, MOVE toward it in the anticipation. What will 10 bux buy you at the end of the week? Maybe a pizza? Work a little bit everyday with the idea you WANT to get that, whatever it is. NOT a thousand dollars. NOT a hundred bux.

Just make 10 friggin dollars in the next five days. And you have begun a HABIT OF daily activity working toward a goal Hit the small goal, because you KNOW YOU CAN.

And maybe next week aim for a pizza and bucket of chicken. Or an ice cream sunday.

Then maybe a nice dinner out. And watch your energy increase, your income pick up little by little, and the world begins to look a little bit brighter BECAUSE you are taking little actions, routinely with a goal in mind.

Then you simply increase the goal because you know you can do a little bit more.

Hope this has given a bit of practical motivation along with a little ass kicking. But, either way, it is up to you, OK?

    well,

I am definitely giving a strange line of advice .. the behavior the OP (supreme guy) has a probable eventuality of at least temporary homelessness sleeping on friends couches or what ever . and his problem is not really not having money.. that is a huge excuse .. if he ran into many of the people i have in the last two years.. he would be thankful for the family he grew up wih ..as they could have been far worse ..does not mean he has to interact with them now .. but they got him to adult hood..now it's time to be an adult .. and do what you need to do to pay your bills..

or live the life of a homeless person backpacker ..or someone with very little responsibility ..now if he is not an alcoholic/drug addict /mentally ill .. it should not last to long..

the main reason he has no focus or energy .. is he yet to sort out what he actually wants ..and put in the effort to get it ..

you can give him a million dollars.. or 1,000 or any amount .. and it will slip away and go uninvested untill he does the personal work to figure out what he really wants ..

honestly i was in his spot for over a decade .. so i am kind of getting the chance to give advice to a younger version of myself.. and the no money excuse works great .. but once you figure out whar you want or what really matters to you to have .. it may take a fraction of the actual money you need .. you just don't want to be in a spot where it is hard to earn money at all when you figure it out .

Your problem isn't that you lack focus.

You have no money, you don't feel motivated. But you have the same problems everyone else has. Everyone has relatives that are negative. Everyone has a problem being motivated, doing something they don't love doing.

Your problem is that you aren't in enough pain to do something about it.

You drink tea and then watch videos? You are living the life you find comfortable right now, otherwise you'd do something about it already. You're lazy because you still have tea to drink, heat to keep you warm, and food to eat. I'm not asking, I know it's true.

You aren't feeling enough anguish...pain....to change how you spend your day.

You need a job with a time you need to show up. That's what you need. Not motivation..not focus...a job. Just get one, it doesn't matter what it is. And you'll have to show up.

After a month or so, you may hate it enough to do something about it. But right now, you're too comfortable wasting your day.

I agree with most of what you said.. but a job won't help ..unless he move out of his parents basement and move in with roomate or just gets away from his family .. as someone is supporting him now and paying the online bills and buying the tea and other food to keep him fed .

the depression will always be there is he remains an adult child /dependent on his parents or family.. while whining they are not really helping him ..

but i gues i am just commiting my normal forum sin of filling in the holes people leav in the stories of their plight

well i know but he didn't mention the job he would have to have to allow him to lay sit around most days online sipping tea ...watching funny youtube videos ..

if he has enough money to do that he should be able to work a few extra hours to pay his bills ..

so someone is paying for that..and if it is not him it is most likely parent .. who are probably being all negative in his view... by refusing to give him money to pay is bills..and telling him to get off his lazy...
again my sin.. is filling in the gaps people leaving in their sob forum stories ..

Sometimes a Person becomes more "lazy" because their Parents have been saying that to them for years. ("You're just a lazy so-and-so ... Won't amount to anything.") Etc.

            Just a thought.

Definitely ..but after an age you are legally able to get away from them .. and you don't and you stay in child like patterns well into your what should be adult hood .. it is 100 percent your fault for staying lazy .. and using the excuse .. of not having money.. or my parents and family say this over and over .

that is fact .. and if he stays in that situation until he is 30 ,40 50 ..that is 100 percent him.. his choice .. and i can personally say that as fact ..not theory or belief.. if the pay off for letting you parents or family call you lazy .. is that you get a rough over your head and food in your belly and get to drink tea every day .. and not work a real job.. it is 100 % on the person for taking the deal .. ( do i have to break out in woo woo woo and explain how the law of attraction works in this case )

nothing wrong with being lazy ..90 percent of what many people do as "work" is unproductive crap done not to look lazy ..i

I never understood that thinking. My mom was a constant complainer and all my relatives (on my Mom's side) were incredibly negative.

That just made home life uncomfortable for me. It made me want to move out when I turned 18. So i did. But I never thought I was like them...or one of them. Their thinking made no sense to me.

I still think it's about comfort level. Some people are very comfortable with their "barely getting by" life as it is...and they are also comfortable constantly saying they have to do something about it.

But unless you are in real pain, or have a deep dislike for the life you live...there is no reason to change anything.

Want motivation? Have your heat shut off in the Winter... that should motivate anyone.
Have your electricity shut off......That should cause them to focus.

Sure. I experienced something similar. However that's not to say that other People aren't having a more difficult time because of it.

About that age I used to run up stairs in tears after my Dad said I wouldn't accomplish anything. (Thankfully we now how a wonderful relationship.)

But unless you are in real pain, or have a deep dislike for the life you live...there is no reason to change anything.
Fear can be a good motivator ... However so can ambition

But what is ambition? Where does it come from?

In my experience, what motivates people is being uncomfortable where they are. Sure, your family berates you...but it doesn't bother you enough to leave and support yourself. Or your friends call you worthless, but they are still your friends. Your parents constantly tell you to get a job, but they still pay your bills....and so you are comfortable enough.

And some people are never comfortable, they have an itch that they keep scratching...but that itch never goes away. And so they keep doing better, thinking that eventually they will reach where they want to be.

Is it really a scratchy itch.. or once they put their mind on getting one thing and go through the pain of getting it and have it be worth the evvort and pain it took to get..they move to the next thing ..and feel a bigger pain from not having it .. than the pain they need to go through to get it ..

that why so many get addicted to the visualization or the law of attraction just feel better thinking about it and it will come .. junk

because our brains are designed to simulate experiences ..and many time getting happy about the idea of having plenty of money is good enough.. because then people start simulate the negatives well what if i lose the money .. or someone steals my car or.. or or

say my current ambition is to get over to the philippines again and marry this girl i have been talking to sense i was there 4 years ago.. then the big list of problems comes up.. and then if you do pull it of and get together ..what if you get divorced..and you know going in she is merciless and unreasonable ..

you can pull it off.. but is the reward ford doing it going to be worth the effort compared to the joys of imagining being married

Interesting post: Thanks Claude.I suppose a person can A: Move way from fear or B: Move towards success.

There's no "right" or "wrong" answer ... Just different approaches.

most of the time they have to climb out of pain suffering and fear and build up to succees .. or they stop where they feel safe and start building defences against future pain and suffering.. then when they have kids they teach their kids how to be safe ..

True. In fact that's one of the most important (and significant) aspects of growing and evolving. As I once said: "The more you suffer, the deeper grows your Character."

And that's the saddest thing of all. : ( Many Kids are getting a crappy start because of their Parents.

when the world hit the point where every female is on birth control after puberty start and you have to get a licence to conceive.. as it is the requirement of becoming a parent today not too high ..

but today in this day and age at least if you are born you will probably make it to adult hood ..the hardest factor with the long term negative effect are poverty /hunger and parental drug use .

if you parent did not do hard drugs , you had both parent growing up and never went hungry.or get sexulally abused .. your parents get high marks ..

we human are very adaptable and up to recently most of the time 1 in 2 children didn't get to adulthood and woman where married off and started having babies after 12 ,13 or 14 ...most human are still in survival mode living in day to day week to week season to sean mode .

at any time a person can become an adult and start creating their own self and step away from my parent did this or my family ..

and i disagree suffering does not build character ..or at least not good character .. for most people they learn to cope and numb the pain of the suffering .. learning how to eliminate the cause of your suffering and prevent future recurrence and making ones life better.. but you don't have to wait until the suffering is bad enough .. to fix the problem .. .

my path unfolded the way it did because i was meant to be on the path of enlightenment and drug free consciousness expansion.. and with all the stuff that was not so good .. it had the pointers to aim for better ..

                            No -- that's true.

It's not the suffering that builds "Character" ... It's how a Person responds to it. There's nothing that can happen to a Person that they can't learn from providing that they have the right "mindset."

having compassion for others understanding that many are walking around broken on the inside and trying to hide their suffering from the world .. and do what they can with the shitty hand they where dealt ..

ambition still requires an element of choice .. the transmutation i am going through is happening..i can either speed it up or slow it down..but it is happening lightning fast any way ..

most humans will not go through these changes ..but the times we live in are amazing for the speed most people can change given the resources we have now ..and the world is changing rapidly ..

for those still trying to live in slow change world or stuck living in their miserable child hood no matter how old they are.. they will probably die much younger and suffer through many of those years.. than if they start living in the world of 2018 and creating their future based of the possibilities of the future.. rather than trying to recreate some time in the mythical past that was so much better than now ..

in my spiritual development suffering is no to be transcended or carried as a badge of service but eliminated ..not held up as some virtue needed for growth.. ..as growth forced from suffering and struggle usually results in bitterness .

i'm going to use a mundane example you might be drinking a coffee that tastes pretty good ..but there are probably 50 or 500 hundred blends of coffee that can taste better ..you don't need to start hating on the coffee you are drinking then get mean and condescending to everyone else happily drinking it ..and claim 90 percent of people are lazy and don't want to drink better coffee ..and sit there and try to get people who have no interest in drinking better coffee to drink better coffee..

just start trying different blend of better quality coffee as your taste develops .

and if you run into people like the op who drink shitty coffee because their parents drank shitty coffee and told them they would do no better .. ..if you past sucks.. stop living there ."

I still think it's about comfort level. Some people are very comfortable with their "barely getting by" life as it is...and they are also comfortable constantly saying they have to do something about it.

last ffive or six years i stayed in my parents house it was infested with black mold and the black mold was not half as toxic as my family .. my family constantly criticize everything i did and told me i was no good at anything .. it was easier to be lazy and not do anything .. when for my family .. when i wasn't at work that paid .. when my family thought i was just slave labor ..

anyway there is a huge amount of anger still held inside from it.. but ..i have talked to to many people in the last two years who where physically or sexually abuse ..beaten .. watched their parents beat each uother up. or shoot each other ..
they would do something wrong and their parents would beat their brothers and sisters for it ..parenet abandoned them by giving them up for adoption ..

and they are in their forties 50's and have had their lives fall apart..or ended up with some drug habit that messed up their health ..with them arguing with people who aren't their .

my family had terrible eating habits 4 years ago when my parents passed on) i was 90 pounds overweight ..had trouble standing for a long time or sitting .. could really only lay in bed without pain in my back or the rest of my body.. my family also not belive you could get better and take care of things without medications.. and i was told i should be on pain meds or i ddn't really have back pain ..

today I am 50 pounds lighter at least very little back pain and i walk 5 or more miles a day ..

my older broth 7 years older than me .. is on disability because he messed his back up bad the way he worked .. and is now 360 pounds and they are reducing the meds they give him so he is even in worse pain ..

so i just like to point out to younger people when they start to whine that their parent messed them up and they life sucks because of it..that if that the case .. your life will just get worse and here is what you have to look forward to you big baby ..

well my family are kind of aholes.. i have embrased that and begun turning it into a virtue

The OP hasn't replied for three days, but l will still give a serious comment.

I tend to come here, and elsewhere, in the morning and catch YT late at night.

Nov, 2017, lol, l have been online for 10 years, and have just started to make it cough up.

As for your family, no surprizes there, the longer you take the more they will ram the "Find a dumb job" mantra, since that is all they know.

And for some silly reason working in a menial job, til l am 6 feet under doesn't really inspire me.

Ignore them they will come around when you plonk a few greenbacks on the table.

So, my question is have you all who succeeded making money online went through such a s#itty and broke phase OR you guys had some money to invest?

How do I NOT lose FOCUS, NOT get tired and be consistent with my goals?
Shitty broke, lol, sure several times, being scammed a few years back and maxing out my Credit Card, was the worst. But it made me a better business person.

I havn't succeeded yet, but believe that l am on the right track now, so eventually.

Stay focused, pretty easy, l tend to collect tropical holiday bits on tv, and watch that occasionally, and drewel when l see a BMW, etc.

and one of the biggest things i have learned over the past two years .. is that people who succeed long term tend to use the shitty stuff that happened as they where growing up as seed and reasons for their success .. where as most who have miserable lives will explain why what happend in their child hood is why their life sucks now ..

I have no authority to make this statement.. but that is the biggest factor in long term success ..

Definitely. As I said in another post: "You can learn something from everything." (Especially the most "hurtful" (etc.) experiences.)

If you are behind paying the bills and that is your main problem, then find a way to pay the bills first.

Going on Youtube and watching comedy videos won't do that.

Instead, spend that time to take up a part time job to help with the bills first while you squeeze in the remaining time to building your online business.

If you can identify the root of the problem, then go and solve that first.

Yes, stop where they feel safe, growing and getting clobbered seriously sucks, but if it is leading to something worthwhile l guess that it is worth it?

Yes, just joined a Stock Market forum, and when l got there, well the second time, the conversation was about cocaine and how it sharpens up your mind, others also pointed it it also frys neurons, that don't come back, so it didn't go on forever. I guess that they need to put the Wolf of Wall Street in the bin.

Also true that some suffer and use well the Re,... organization, to cope.

true, you don't need drugs to become aware of the divine in everything, and like that!

True l guess, but it sucks when you fail, eventhough you learn, yeah, sucks.

coffee was just the example and here is the thing there probably is not a best one as you get use to different tastes there will be a best at the moment..you can have a couple different blends of roasted beans and blend them together and grind before brewing based on the mood you are in today .

life is long and gets boring if you decide on 1 in 200 choices is the best and only drink that the next 40 years or eat that or wear that.. or listen..

there is so much choice in the price range most people are already at for many things that they are either differing to one choice or usinging price to determine the best verses developing their own taste through exploration..

for people with 1000 dollars to spend on one event.. they get their value out of it ..the same way they get the value out of spending 1000 buck for a bottle of wine .. or the other thing people with a lot of money to spend .. spend a lot of money on..

it probably or the one place many of the not so wealth can rub elbows with rich and famouse people while grabbing their own.... and singing songs

buncha crazies in the mmo field looking at ways to create tremendous value.. well ignoring where people with a lot of money spend large wads of cash.. or worse mock where they do . most of the financian gains of the last ten years have gone into the pockets of the top 5-10 percent of earners..

many businesses serving the middle income range of people are struggling or going out of business because their client have shifted up and down..thrift store for many things and boutiques store for the high quality luxuries

Hmmm, not sure about the value, if l went to one of those events, the first night or day/night l would be thinking, sure l danced to eye of the tiger and chatted up one blonde, that wasn't interested, and had a nice meal getting stuck at a table with some sweaty, smelly fat guy that kept saying that "Ribbons is a Genius" might make me a bit nervous, that l p***d away my hard earned money.

The second day, l would be thinking, yeah, Eye of the tiger, where is the frickin money?

Third day, l would be thinking, well he showed me how l can humiliate myself in public, and told me several stories about if l get picked on at school l can still put a base on Mars.

but maybe burning my feet on day 4 will make it worthwhile, (eventhough l can do that myself for $100 elsewhere).

Sure people buy $1,500 wine, but they have the wealth to do it. When someone with little money goes to one of these things and comes out motivated, then three days later just ends up more broke, then the motivational lesson is, buy his book for $30, and use the rest to get ahead.

so you would spend absolutly no time in those 4 days talking to the other people there to see if they might at some point in the future need the flyers or what ever you do for your business ..

and if you made just one connection that led to a flyer or a few mostly all of that trip is a tax deduction ..as it is for many who attend them ..i prefer tony to mostly every talking head in the motivation industry who came up making product for mlms to use to motivate downline building or get books out there to get paid to give a speach to a big meeting at a company

there are people who go to college gain valuable skills and build a network that they use to succeed later on.. then there are a big chunk of degrees consuming the college experience spending huge amount of money sitting in class and spending night partying..then expect to earn there degree in hieroglyphics and south pacific studies..expecting to get a degree and a good job after it

Don't ignore the possibility that you may be legit depressed, even if only mildly. Sometimes talking to a therapist once or twice can help you get out of a rut.

Walks, eating right, doing something active every day.... if you're drinking or smoking dope STOP until you feel more like yourself.

Lastly.... forget about making money online for a while. Just do some stuff online that you like doing, even if you don't know where it's going to go.

I killed myself for years trying to make more and more money online, because I thought that's who I had to be. I was wrong. Now I'm having more fun than I ever have before. Keep doing that, and the money will find you.

I find going for a run/walk helps to clear the mind and come up with ideas.
Taking a small break also helps.

Long term, I use a whiteboard with everything I want to accomplish and it helps remind me.

Other than that, talking to others about success

I know what you're talking about, I have days when I just "can't" and I give myself a break... but surely I am back on track then, refreshed and with some new drive to sit at my laptop.... Anyways, if you really, really want something, then (to me) there's no stopping you!!! There's the energy itself!! Go somewhere out, meet friends, clear your head! That's what I'd do first... Then I'd think hard of how can I best change my situation and would take it from there.... Good luck!!

If you want something bad enough, there's the motivation itself.... at least to me Sure there are days I call "NO DAY".... In that case, give yourself a break and get back when you're comfortable in your mind again.... This works for me...

    Feeling comfortable with feeling uncomfortable.

    Meditating daily.

    Deep yin yoga daily.

    60 minutes of exercise daily.

Changing time zones like most folks change their minds

    All work for me.

Set your eyes on the goal you want to achieve. Let it be for a greater cause and let it be the fuel to drive you further. Avoid distractions and keep moving. My case was not so easy as I was born poor and everything was pretty hard. When you invest into learning you gain a lot of valuable things. I made a promise to myself that I won't be poor forever, that was what drove me to push further. I'm not saying I'm already successful, but hey life now isn't so bad.

  • You're not the only one. Just use the power of "ignore" ignore BS and do what you love to do and what makes you alive. If making money online gives you vitality then do it.

I don't mean that you ignore them, of course they are your family and you must support and love them even in that kind of situation. What I mean is ignore the negativity of their presence. The negative talk and negative feedback. Use it as motivation to move forward and to succeed your endeavor.

My best advice will be to not go full time with IM but instead search for an easy job or not so many days ,for example in my case i have 4 days of working and 4 days i work online . Then the next big secret its to program your subconstient mind its simple ,just before you sleep repeat how your habits what to be ,until its go in your subconstient ind and also repeat aso in the morning
