I read this post on hyper creativity which I never knew existed. What are your thoughts?

#3. The KEY is patience. Really?

You're talking about a group of people who literally, by the definitions, are anything but patient.

Are you obese? The key is to consume fewer calories or see a doctor about a medical condition. Just as silly and riduculous.

There are some great books on Hyperactivity, ADD, ADHD and all things having to do with FOCUS and using this way of the brain to be more productive,

simply telling people to be patient is god-awful advice.

Hypercreatives need outlets, and tools to manage and utilize their creativity productively, not this dribble and pablam. Really!

yeah ..the list totally left out not drinking coffee after noon time .. there is a difference between creativity and to much caffeine .. from the cycle of loosing sleep and using coffee to make up the gap .. and on and on ..

the mind warriors section.. is a great place to turn turn thing that are not virtues into virtues.. or claim virtues that are not real virtues .. yeah yeah same thing .. almost ..so mind wandering .. becomes hyper creativity ..

and spending 10 hours a day claiming to work while surfing social media.. has hard work and what is needed to succeed in this online business tithing ..

This article is really too basic to be that helpful. I think hyper creativity does exist, but it's rather rare. I would see more links to the way we eat, the enormous amounts of caffeine and other substances we put in our bodies and some of the other things we do today to the real cause of what's really ADHD for the most part.

Some people are just wired differently, but when they eat or drink certain things, its like putting gas on a fire.

    Just my two cents.

Meditation and deep yin yoga Tia.

Both practices show you: YOU are awareness, observing a mind. Trying to give your mind an outlet is like trying to convince your little puppy to stop running around by giving it the remote control to the TV LOL. Put it on a leash; you're in control But for most of us mere mortals, meditating, and deep yin yoga, among other mindfulness practices, helps create space around our thoughts and feelings, boosting our awareness.

I go to "the other side", mainly through dreams and plunder the living resources out of them.

Ever occurred to you, that reality can be forged through dreams?

That's hyperactivity of the brain through deep trance hypnosis.

The brain is the ultimate psionic apparatus. Most people use
up to 12% of the brain. Imagine going near 70%. The brain
can project and manifest at a certain space and time.

self awareness .. one of those other things that special or advanced people are supposed to develop ..where very soon there will be dozens or hundreds of algorithms that ..will know us better than the most self aware people know themselves ..

but bullshit awareness .. is way more important than self awareness ..

Most people are quite aware when they are off-loading their bullshit. What they're NOT aware of is how much everyone else is aware of what they're doing. :-) They belive they are fooling people.

Look at Tony Robbins. Oh, wait. He IS fooling people. lol

considering how much of the daily resources are used by the brain.. it it basically just bull shat to think we only use 12 percent of out brain..

once people start using gps to get everywhere .. the part of the brain the was used for navigation and remembering how to get places shrinks ..i bet the same finding would have happened where people when from holding a hundred phone numbers inb their head.. to having them all on a cellphone ..

but i this an actual loss .. or just freeing up resources for other uses ..after all.. the gps can greatly expand the number of places you can get to .. and the cellphone can have hundreds or thousand of numbers and or a google search for what ever number you need..

the same way a car allows you to get 100 miles away.. in a few hours ..oh and the cellphone also allows you to talk to anyone else in the world with a cellphone for almost free..

as any vegan will attempt to argue.. human are not design to eat meat.. we don't have the teeth, the jaw or the digestive tract.. but a have a million years ago the brains our ancestors had where able to harness fire and employ stone cutting tools ..

hyper creativity .. is not a thing .. lay off the coffee ..and use your brain a bit more during the day ..

Based on what I see on a daily basis, online and in the real world, you'd be hard-pressed to convince me that the average humanoid uses even 12% of their brain.

First, they would need to awaken from their deep sleep (while walking around), or their iPhone trance.

Although the fact that the average human uses all of their brain might be even more worrying.

well the majority who uses it for..100 percent for fairly mundane things .. is less scary..than the minority trying to hinder those who are using their brains to push society forward ..
