I'm new to the forum. I need help.

Hi. Many years ago I read a pdf file on this forum and printed it out. I know I have it somewhere but can't find it and didn't want to have to dig through a bunch of books and notes to find it. So, I thoughts I'd look for where I originally found the pdf but I can't seem to open it.
The original post is here:
https://www.warriorforum.com/mind-wa...utm_term=title
Thing is, even though the post is there I don't see a way to download the pdf. Am I not seeing something?
I'm not as computer savvy as I once was so I thought maybe I just overlooked something.

Anyway, as I mentioned, I'm new around here. I've been going through some serious trials and tribulations in life and have decided I need to step up on the self improvement game. Any pointers on where to begin are welcomed. I don't have any money (as a result of the problems that have come along) so I can't invest in any expensive programs but am using good old fashioned books and have started journaling.

Thanks in advance.

    Welcome back.

You may want to try another browser or check your PC. I was able to immediately open and download that PDF by just clicking on the link and then choosing whether I wanted to open or save it.

If you have money problems, self-improvement can help in some cases but make sure you don't replace working on your mindset with actually doing stuff to solve your financial issues.

    Good luck.

I don't see any link to the pdf on the original post at all. I tried your suggestion and opened it in another browser but that didn't change anything. Can you repost the link that you said you used to open the pdf? Thank you.

I just followed the link you provided. It's an attachment in the post - not stored anywhere else.

I think I just found your problem. There are now two views of the forum - classic and modern. If you are using modern there is no link but in classic there is. To change your view look for your username in the black menu bar at the top of your screen. Click the dropdown arrow and choose View Classic.

That fixed it. Thank you very much. I've been planning on reading this and spending the day studying the material and this kinda threw me off my plan. You saved my evening.

If you don't have any money then try Fiverr.

Thanks. I looked that up. How do you suggest I use Fiverr to make money?

Pretty much anything. I interviewed someone on Fiverr that created things using alphabet spaghetti, and made money with that.

Or if you live near some tourist hotspot, you could do something near that for $5?

You can do a lot there, and they have their own traffic, but the site is heavy on the "Do something" instead of "send someone a product" unfortunately.

Some do make great money there, but it is a good place for converting time into some money.

    Hi B and the P,

Deep yin yoga and meditation are 2 ideas.

How each works; the problems you are experience are based in your energy. You cling to some deep fear-pain that manifests as rough situations, which is incredibly freeing buddy; if you create your tough experiences, you can cease creating the headaches and start creating enjoyable circumstances by:

    - facing your fears
    - feeling your fears
    - releasing your fears

Meditation and/or deep yin yoga expand your awareness, so you begin allowing these fears to surface. As the fears surface, you face, embrace and release.

I love my deep yin; great for body, mind and allows my spirit to call the shots

Welcome back, and happy prospering buddy

Paul G. Thomas wrote a book, Advanced Psycho-Cybernetics and Psycho Feedback. It is a follow up and many find it more useful.

    I see it at eBay,
    https://ebay.to/2T6SK6e
with a make an offer so it might be affordable.

    ALSO, PsychoFeedback.

You can find many FREE type things along the same lines, Google.

Don't overlook your local LIBRARY, many now have digital collections too.

But perhaps, an hour or so at youtube, SEARCH for Maxwell Maltz, he has several interviews and some book reviews of users who have benefited from it, maybe you'll pick up some good info from those who used it?

    PS. As to this:
have decided I need to step up on the self improvement game. Any pointers on where to begin are welcomed.

Begin with a blank piece of paper, and draw a line across the middle. On the far left, write your birth date.

On the far right write 100. How old are you today? Put a big X on the line where you are today. You see a graphic, soon to be a personal info-graphic of where you are and what you know.

And your past is important...BUT, for today, you want to focus on the right side of the X, where you are going.

You have money problems, that is going to weigh on your mind as you journey, I should say, you don't have enough money, judging from your post. You may cover your living expenses, or maybe not. But that comes into your future.

The best thing you can do TODAY, right now, is write out a short statement to the right of that X and say what you WANT.

What do you want? Financially? Physically? Emotionally? Spiritually? Environmentally?

Where and how do you want to live?

See, before you can use Maltz or any self-improvement method, you have to know what needs improved. And in Psycho CYBERNETICS, it is a goal seeking system. You have to have a destination, and then you get a map to it, and on the map you have a route, but until you are on your way, you can't see the detours because the map is not the territory, it only represents a one dimensional view.

Start with taking whatever time you need to answer the question, what do you want? It will make a huge difference to you.
