Today I want to share a few steps like morning routine to make my day more productive and I feel happier. Please share yours.
First of all I am waking up a bit earlier than usual, let's say one hour before you usually waking up, it makes me feel good like accomplished some hard task you know
Secondly, after rolling from bad, always make your bed, ALWAYS. It's easy task which takes 1-2min, but it's very powerful. Do it every day so you will improve your responsibility which will help in other business tasks.
After waking up and making your bed, spare few minutes to just sit and deep breath, generate oxygen into your blood so you feel more energetic.
Next, I drink cold water with lemon, water is needed for your health as in the night your body is a bit dehydrated.
These few steps and such morning routine makes a whole day better, I am doing it every morning and I really feel the differences.
One more important step which drastically changed my productivity.
It's writing your day tasks on the board in a visible place. Some do it in the morning, but I like to write tomorrows tasks on evenings. Just write 1-3 business tasks which you need to do it and you will see how easy these tasks are done.
This is my routine, it's not complex, just easy tasks.
