Advertising Project Management CRM - Recommendations

I was recently hired on as a Project Manager for an ad agency. They do digital, broadcast, and print. I am looking for a CRM to implement to help streamline communication, tasks & projects. I know this can be difficult when working with different departments that have different ways of doing things, but I want to find a way to bring it all together since many clients have a multi-media suite of products from us. I would also like to be able to store files like contracts, marketing plans, and creatives for individual clients and projects. What is your favorite CRM that can do all of these things well? Thank you!

    Wow, nice tasks congratulations!

    The only perfect CRM that I know of that will do exactly what you want and more is the one I use myself and it's called, well, Perfex CRM (ggl it) it's developed by a codecanyon developer and constantly updated for years and support is top notch. I strongly recommend it. Do not hesitate to ask if you need any help.

    Julie, I've implemented 'project management' software into a CRM for several companies. Most recently, a digital marketing company with complicated; project, task, and time entry requirements. The right solution would depend on several factors like the number of users, current CRM, required features, etc. Please let me know if you're still looking for the right solution. We evaluated five CRM project management solutions, viewed demos, pricing, etc. I'm happy to share my evaluation notes with you and what we found to be successful and affordable for our needs.

    I'm biased towards anything Microsoft, so I'd recommend Dynamics 365. It's pricey but gets the job done. Since you mentioned that you're looking to store files such as contracts, maybe you can get Office 365 for Enterprise or something. It comes with cloud storage and that Dynamics I mentioned.
