Change your daily routines in 9 steps

If your life carries on with the same kind have routine and if you are bored with it, you need to train yourself to adapt different habits. By doing this, you will feel more relaxed and more happier.


  1. Make your body to get used to new behaviours. For instance use your other hand when you brushing your teeth, eating your food, and combing your hair.
  2. Close your eyes and try to find your way in the room with your feelings. Use your ears and your nose to find your way in the room. If you need to pick something from the floor, use your feet.
  3. If you like reading books, try to read a page upside down.
  4. Look carefully inside your fridge and close the door. Try to list the things inside of your fridge without looking. You can do the same thing inside your home. Try to memorise the order of things within a room, etc.
  5. Instead of criticising, give praises. When you stop being judgemental, you will see the person opposite becomes someone much nicer.
  6. Everyday, be someone else for 5 minutes. Try to analyse the situations from his point of view. Try to feel what he feels. Basically be that person and approach the situations as him.
  7. Whenever you feel sad or when ever you see yourself less capable of doing things, try to think about something that you really want in life. Think of every details and try to imagine what would happen if you accomplish that thought for real. When ever you feel pessimistic, try to beat those thoughts with positive thinking all day long.
  8. at the end of each day, try to analyse your day for around 60 minutes. This will help you to make your day much beneficial. Try to picture each activity you took for that day. This helps you to identify the unnecessary things you did for that day. Therefore it will help you to analyse it much better.
  9. Try to change yourself to be more flexible and adaptable to different situations. You can do this by trying to do something different everyday. Something different can be as simple as going to different shop, or choosing different route to work, or even calling someone you never called before.
