Recently, I've been getting into fitness and I was thinking that personal training could be a cool career for me to start. I was wondering if any of you guys have experience. Exercise has definitely been one of the most therapeutic things for helping my personal growth. I would love any help from you guys regarding this topic. Thank you!

  • As a gal with modestly perky boobies, I am forevah untempted toward horizons of bulbous squido by cosmtherepeutical enhancements prolly gonna poison dolphins long aftah I am dead.

So ... what am I to do?

Suffah to the max that I don't swing easy in the mall an' blind nowan?

As I undahstand stuffs, if'n you flop 'em out to the right team in certain branded coffee franchises, you get a discount -- plus possibly an' introosive ride home.

Cool thing is, now we discovahed the troo scientific properties of disinfectant, there is plenty household stuffs persnlly grown gals can use to shrink 'em on down if'n they ain't too cool 'bout bein' perpetyooly on view or at risk of accidentally killin' a cop by kinda lookin' around.

For anywan got Venn ishoos with their pap/shouldahblade axis, the icecaps gaht planty unwanted CO2 it don't need can prolly be squirted in there with the right tech.

Mr Bezos! Quit flyin' into space in a giant dick an' figure the science to enmammify them flat gals!

What I figure always is how we gotta accommodate our non-negotiables kinda sweeter.

This way, we could mebbe devote our energies to stuffs way less to do with us persnlly zackly.

    Like cupcakes.

Tellya, plenty people wanna treat the fam to swell home bakin' but they ain't gaht no clue what to do.

So I would wanna see a template here.

Heartsy cups with a dinky boopsy doop on top.

Drop your schlop in the mold an' you gtg.

What is personal growth. You are basically designed to either grow or with .

But in nature if you prune off dead or or any part of a plant that is waste if energy of the plant. The energy of the plant get focus into the parts that are left or growing a new healthy plant.

With mammals you can renewal bones that have healed improperly and reset them so they heal correctly.

You need to stop putting energy into thing that hinder your growth or cause you to wither and heal then grow.

Even if you can't hold a jolt long term you can move from job to job or start a side hustle and avoid real gaps. Saving money and giving yourself some cushion.

I am not disagreeing with you just playing off what you said.

I am going full woo . The journey is the destination . why does someone have a job. Why does some need to earn money. Why do people spend the money how they spend money.

Many humans are locked in a treadmill trying to be someone. Trying to make it. Trying to be a success. Only to find it is an endless staircase. Once you get there. There is always a next. Always more always better or soon there will be better.

What happens if someone shifts their mindset and doesn't exercise for any other reason but that they enjoy it and it makes them feel better the rest of that day.

What happens if they take an hour a day 4 days a week to swim and sit in a sauna and buy a mini trampoline and do a ten minute workout every morning.

How about learning to prepare vegetables so they taste good when you eat them and make salads you can enjoy eating and make your own dressing.

As always I love your posts.

I have been eating more fruits, vegetables and salads lately
and making my own salad dressings as well. I have a salad
dressing recipe collection and some of them are elaborate
but it really only takes a couple of basic ingredients and
some herbs and spices to make a great tasting dressing.

My salads probably aren't so healthy though because I ramp
them up with meat, cheese, Bac-Os and croutons to make
        them more hearty and filling.

BTW, I've been meaning to tell you that I got the Moringa tea
a couple of weeks ago. I went with the Lipton brand because
I was leery of trying anything off-brand, I have been drinking
it everyday and it's fantastic because I can drink it hot or cold
and I feel that it gives me an energy boost.

        So thanks for that!!!

Agree, most people don't even realize there's another way of being. It's also got some to so with people feeling that their worth is tied to a job or their title. For me freedom to decide what I do with my time is more important than fancy titles.

I think the issue also starts with the schooling system and society as a whole with a warped definition success. Teaching kids to go to school, get good grades, study, work for 40 years in a job they hate. Life is too short!

Well to those who went through the Great Depression that path of success actually provided a much better life than what came before and worked well until 20 years ago. And still worked somewhat for those who where in the workforce already.

My father woul be 87 now and he made more money after he retired than while he worked between sis and his pension. But I took care of my parents the last few years of their live and saw how the way they ate killed them. The amount of money they where spending on medications and property taxes.
And electric and gas to heat and cool their house. And on.

At 43 if there are no life expectancy increases I can expect a natural lifespan that gets me to 80. So changing my lifestyle now to put off the onset of disease of old age . And developing income sources that don't require physical labor and reducing or eliminating as many of the long term expenses as possible.

People find safety being on the treadmill and many companies make a lot of cash of the people on the treadmill. Either from empling them or selling services to them year after year and so much money sucking every last penny possible out of people as they wither

The range of income people live on in retirement is 2,000-4,000 USD a month . For the people who where not already among the highest earners while they worked and many are living on 1200 dollars a month or less.

Why not make exercise videos. You could start with YouTube
and if you get enough interest you can add a paid membership
service for advanced users, offering things like meal plans and
self-care schedules. This could be successful if done right.

It's a drag but maybe our posts can help somebody else.

@Odahh - I eat salads mostly in the summertime, not as often
in the winter, that's when I make more soups and stews and
things that are warming. But I always love to eat fruits and
      vegetables.

I hope that you are in the publishing industry, your great writing

I can't put this in a book anyone will read yet it is hard enough to write a post people can understand .

If I wanted to write a book at this point or do more than ramble here on these forums I would but at this point I don't want to.

But I will soon cross the mark and find some method to teach this open system. If I have to create a villain type persona.

I go with villain because In technology based growth and technology starts with a mortar and pestle. So it how you use and implement technology into your life that will produce most of your growth.

Don't worry about how healthy the salad is . How better do you feel eating them after you eat and if you eat them regularly for a week or a month or more.

If you enjoy eating them and they satisfy hunger for a reasonable period of time. With no digestive discomfort and no sign of inflammation.

If your body feels healthier eating a certain way for a period of time then for that period of time that way of eating is healthy. But humans have not lived where they ate the same diet all year round. It healthy to regular change what you it to mimic seasonal changes.

It also keeps the food fun and the diet interesting.

My view is food as less fuel and more building blocks for a healthy body .

Instead of viewing the the things you do to have a better life as some struggle that makes today less enjoyable. Be creative and make the positive things more enjoyable to do than not do.

My cousin works as a personal trainer and according to him it's not a great job. There's a lot more to it than just working out. You have to find clients, deal with them, market your business and so on. The whole thing can be a pain and it's actually quite difficult to be successful. As other people have said in this thread you'd be a lot better off doing something online. Take your love of fitness and start a YouTube channel, blog, or whatever. It would probably be best to start a blog and make money by selling ads and promoting affiliate offers.

Yes, I often see rainbows and "special effects" when I program the mind.

There is much flow in the thinking process, everything is streamlined while rejoicing plenitude. The effects carve deep in the mind....what it needs to hear and so on and so forth.
