What Others Think Of You Is None Of Your Business

Hi everyone,

If it was required that in order to achieve your dreams was up to someone else, most of us would not accomplish anything in life such as success in business. You need to base your decisions and goals on you and not other people. Too many people base their success and goals in life on the opinions of other people in their life such as friends, family, and co-workers.

If you want to achieve success in life and especially on the internet, then you need to stop worrying what other people are thinking about you and your decisions.

I am speaking on behalf of so many people that went online searching for a business opportunity and are now doing very well and earning a very nice and lucrative incomes. If I or they would listen to what other people in our lives would be telling us why we should not get started in the first place, then none of us would be as successful as we are today. We do things based on what we want and based on our individual goals.

Yes, some are more successful then others but many of us have the same goals and we have many things in common. We all wanted to make money online not just to make money but to have the freedom in life of doing what we want to do and not have to listen to a boss.

I am pretty much sure that you are in the same position where your goal is to make enough money online so that you can quit your day job at some point and have more freedom in life. Nothing wrong with that. You can achieve that goal.

There is a guy by the name of Dr. Daniel Amen. Dr. Daniel Amen has this rule called 18/40/60 and it pretty much means this:

When you are 18, you worry about what other people think of you. When you are 40, you don't really care what others are thinking about you and if they do, you pretty much don't care at all. When you are 60, you come to the conclusion that no one has been thinking about you at all.

See, people ( Family and friends) are thinking about themselves but when it comes to you wanting to break free from your dead end job, they start to worry for you. They start telling you that it can't be done, and that it will not work. They start to brainwash you with negative things that will have a major impact on you and your future success.

The one thing that I learned when it comes to wanting to start and succeed in a home based business online is that you have to worry about what you are thinking and you have to believe in yourself. Don't worry what other people are thinking about you because it does not matter.

It is really none of your business what someone else thinks. It is your business what you are thinking in your mind about yourself. Think about that. You can not let anyone, and I don't care who it is, brainwash you and tell you that you are going to fail.

All the time you are wasting worrying about what other people will think of your ideas, your goals, your way of thinking, and your dreams of working at home full time online could all be better spent on thinking about how you can and will achieve these things. What others think of you is none of your business.

Thanks for this. It hit just where I have been. I've always worried about what other people thought about me - from when I was bullied at school.

Now, even though I am not yet 40, I am moving on to one thought  - the only person whose opinion counts about me is mine. My husband does have a say too (because he is extremely supportive ), but in the end, I have to be happy with who I am and what I have done with my life. In the end, it is I who will stand and give a reckoning of my life to the Ultimate Judge (thank God for Jesus) and no-one else! Therefore, I need to worry about my own self and not care what others think about me.

That said, I love getting compliments - I'm just going to ignore any "negative" talk that doesn't sit right with my own vision of myself. I am often harder on myself than anyone else could be anyway, but why invite negativity into my life? Here's to a stronger me - one who knows that what others think of me is none of my business! :p

It really does not matter what others think of you. The only person that you should be worried about and what they think of you is YOU.
