Giving more than what your customer paid for.

It's always been a policy of mine to try to exceed my customer's satisfaction, and its always been a problem every time I've had a partner..they always wanted to get more than they were giving.

How do you feel about exceeding customer expectations? Foolish or wise?

I'm working on my first WSO and some of my none IM friends say I am charging too little for the amount of work it takes. I'm on the fence on if I should charge more, or at least get the IM ball rolling with a very affordable introductory rate. I figure that if I get swamped with work, I'll know that there is a market for my services and after WSO, if I am still swamped with work, then I may need to go up on my prices.
