I'm a big fan of brainsync.com's subliminal tracks (Kelly Howell)
but would like to hear other warrior's favorite sources.

This reminds me of that Simpsons episode where Homer became a genius/expert from subliminal tapes...

The only experience I've had with subliminal CDs was when I used Anthony Robbin's Personal Power II program, you used them on the weekends.

I'll have to check out the one you recommended. What benefits have you noticed?

Bill Harris' Hemisync is still to my knowledge regarded as the premier subliminal product/system.

I listened to these type of CDs 15 years ago. For me, it never worked. I found that visualization worked more for me.

That is really interesting. I admire that after the technology helped you, you got involved in the technology to help others.

What specifically helped you break the addiction? Was it a binaural beats system, subliminal messages, or something else? I'm not struggling with addiction myself, but I'm quite curious about how the technology helped you.

          .

I had been ecstatically enthusiastic over this thing for quite a while now.

Although there are 101 products on offer all over, I personally prefer sound tracks by "Theta Meditation". Go to You tube and search under that term if you want to know my taste.

On the other hand experienced people may just want a 'no-frills' version of the works. If you are one of these, I would recommend "Brainwave Generator", which functions just as well to gradually bring enlightenment to your being.

          Enjoy!

I like Kelly Howell's stuff too. Very relaxing, play it in the background without getting too distracted by it while I work.

I also found Paul McKenna's hypnosis audios to work very well right before I go to bed.

After an extended period of regular attentive exposure to the resultant beats, one's threshold of disappointment is noticeably raised, eg one is less easily agitated by happenings that previously would have a catastrophic effect on us.

One would have become enlightened, as it were.

I have bought of ton of innertalk cds must of spent close to 1000 bucks. and none of there stuff worked. I have always wanted to find a good way to restructure self talk and beliefs but could never find a product that could produce results. I have also tried out other subliminal cds as well with nothing more then a placebo effect. I have also given Innertalk CDs to my friends and family and they didn't get any results either. I will give Xfactors advice a go and keep trying out stuff until I get some results.

I have also tried out the release technique by Larry Crane. But can't seem to release go figure huh?

But it would be great if someone on this forum could just point me in the direction of some subliminal program that works.

I am going to try out Subliminal flash click here to see a forum and word of mouth experiment. Basically the way it works is by flashing subliminal messages onto your computer screen and restructuring your negative self talk/beliefs in the process. pretty convenient for us internet marketers who spend all day on the computer anyway

anyway I will give some of the products mentioned here a shot but if anyone else can recommend some products that really truly work and don't produce some stupid placebo effect please let me know.

        thanks Heat

Here's a thread where I commented about subliminal recordings -
    http://www.warriorforum.com/mind-war...mendation.html

There's some strong evidence they don't work at all, but
as with many things, there's a placebo effect.

Stephen Pierce has some cd's as well. OptiMINDzation is the name I believe. How long do you have to use this stuff before you notice any changes? I have heard of a few other programs but I have never met anyone who actually uses this technology.

As with any self-development/self-changing activity, one has to keep at it persistently for a reasonable period of time before results are evident to yourself.

It would be a good idea to keep on doing it (listening with attention) without thinking of the results or expecting anything to happen.

Then one fine day, you would wake up to a realisation and wonder how you had survived without it. It will happen subtly, though. Or new and unexpected 'openings' may occur to facilitate the changes you want.

For those individuals like myself, changes happen instantly.

This stuff is just standard brian food for me.

However, for others who are new to the power of manifestation,
it may take years to make any headway until you really connect
with what it is you are doing for your mind.

Sadly, 99% of people never quite "get it".

But that is ok - everyone chooses different belief systems.

Subliminal tapes are equivalent to: Being outside in a busy train station. And someone whispering to your ear "You are now confident!".

    Think you'll hear em'?

Not even with perfect hearing. Because their voice (in form of waves traveling through the air) is distorted and ripped by any dB higher then the whispering.

Same with subliminals. Reason they'll never work (and this is so logical just giving it a min of thought), because the music dB distorts and rips the voice by the time it even leaves the earphone speaker.

Only reason people say "It worked for me!"... is they're victims of Placebo effect. If you believe something that it's truly having an effect on you, it actually will.

People are AMAZING creatures at inventing realities from their own beliefs.

    In summary:

Subliminals work from a belief stand point. But it's not the subliminals themeselves that change the person... it's the persons own belief that subliminals are changing him or her.

Subliminals will never work from a scientific stand point.

    So what do you do?

    1) Throw out all your subliminal CD's.

    2) Get something whereby you can hear the voice nice and clear. With music of course to heighten your experience. And relax deeply when listening. The more you relax, the more your subconscious will accept the suggestions being said.

I really enjoy the Paraliminal series from Learning Strategies Corporation. They incorporate Holosync, Hypnosis, and Neuro Linguistic Programming into each program. They have many titles, so choose the ones that you feel would give you the most benefit.

my favorite source on this subject is subconscious-secrets.com. However, it isn't subliminal messaging; the difference is that the "reprogramming" is done manually although it takes more work. I feel it's much more valuable than subliminal messaging in itself because you control everything going in.
