We can read all the books we want.

We can set all the goals that we want.

We can study all of the gurus we want.

Yet, we we still seem to fail.

Why is that?

Don't pretend you don't know, you know exactly what holds you back from achieving the level of success that you deserve. We all do. Seriously, stop for a moment and think about it. You know, yet you look to outside sources to overcome these issues that are within yourself.

I know its easier to look elsewhere, but to overcome we must look within.

The ultimate hurdle during our path to success is within. If we can acknowledge and accept this hurdle, then we can overcome...otherwise we will continue to struggle.

Once we verbalize this obstruction, than our minds will subconciously learn to overcome it. But first we need to verbalize what holds us back from success.

What is it that holds you back from the success that you deserve?

If people could verbalize their limiting beliefs, they could easily overcome them. As soon as you put a concept into words, you can then say, "Wait a minute, do I want to keep on living that way? Is that the healthiest thing for me to believe?" The problem is that these limiting beliefs are nonverbal, out of conscious awareness.

For example, whenever I put into words this rule about life, I realize it's ridiculous nonsense that I should ignore: "If I need to ask for help, that proves I don't deserve to get help and I'll be punished and hurt."

Yet those words express very deep feelings that remained buried unconsciously for many, many years based on very painful experiences of the past. I was unable to put those feelings into words because of the great pain of the experiences that, literally, damn near killed me.

Healing only started when I started to learn about unconscious learning, and got to talk about these brutal experiences with caring, compassionate, patient people. Only then could I finally figured out how to put the rule into words. The words came once I realized that those past experiences really were brutal, near-deadly, bizarre, and not at all my fault.

Now, I can realize new rules. Here's one: "If I ask for help from people who are too lost in their own brokenness or cruelty to care, they probably won't even try to provide it. They might blame me rather than simply saying that they can't or won't help. But that doesn't mean I can't find someone better to ask for the help I need."

These kinds of changes take less than a minute to explain. But sometimes there are years of therapy before the explanation is possible.

    That's an ironic question actually

You're self worth is the determining factor. I'd reminisce further on this but I don't know all that much about it; I manipulated my self worth on accident lol

It seems to me a person is already getting the success they deserve. A better question might be, what can I do to earn more success than I'm getting?

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

What success are you guys talking about? Is it financial success? Is it about internet sales and stuff like that?
Is it about your hapiness? Mental issues?
You got me even more confused than I was before...
