Almost 30 years ago, I learned Transendental Meditation.

Recently, I have started to pratice meditation again. I work at home and am alone until I have to pick-up the kids from school- perfect for a 20 minute mediation about lunch time.

I find that meditation clears my head and reduces the stress of running my own business.

Anyone else meditate during the day?

    Absolutely. Soemtimes for 20 minutes and other times throughout the day for just a few minutes at a time. Powerful powerful stuff yet so often overlooked.

      Yea, meditation is good for relaxing your mind and body. Those people that leave there bodies do deep meditation. lol. No, seriously, since your a business owner...keep meditating

    I use to meditate as well. I usually do it when I start to become tired from working. It really helps to refresh your mind. Similar to a nap.

    I've meditated for over 20 years. Anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour a day. It helps keep the mind and body refreshed.

      I like to do meditation too. I started to meditate about 5 montahs ago and everytime it's getting better. The lasst few weeks I disregarded my meditation practises, I really have to start trough again
