This is my real TV time spending.

Truth Exposing TV.

1 Film a Day Makes My Day : )

Please: TURN OFF TV. Start Watching True TV

Here it is:

Must Watch - Sprword.com - Spread the Word

What They Won't Show You On Television

For me, simply the best site IĀ“ve come across in a long long time (along with TED, of course)...

Enjoy : )

Films to watch first, my priority list:

1- Natural Mistery - Mind Over Body

"It seems there is no real division between the mind and the body.

Both work together as part of the human whole and changes in one influence the other. Nothing is all in the mind, or just physical.

We seem to be extraordinary mixtures of mind and matter, able almost to use one to create the other.

Each one of us certainly has the power and science now has given us the means to take personal responsibility for our own well-being. We can control our own pain, look

2- Secrets of the Occult - Science confirms Mystics

"Serious physicists are contemplating time travel, serious physicists are contemplating parallel universes, serious physicists are trying to understand the eleven dimensions of string theory, and when you get into those realms, you start to look to myth and sort of magical thinking and almost surreal thinking as a way to even talk about those things."

3- Atom - Part 3: The Illusion of Reality

(3 part series)

"The atoms that make up my body are identical to the atoms in the rocks, the trees, the air, even the stars, and yet they come together to create a conscious being who can ask the question: 'what is an atom?'

Explaining all that is surely the next great challenge in Science" ...

4- What the Bleep Do We Know? - Simply Amazing. A True Classic

"Have you ever stopped for a moment and looked at yourself through the eyes of the ultimate observer?

You are the sole creator of your own reality... 100% Scientifically proven"

PS: Watch also Part II

5- ZEITGEIST, The Movie - Another True Classic

"In our culture we've been trained for individual differences to stand out, so you look at each person and the immediate opinion is brighter, dumber, older, younger, richer, poorer, and we make all these dimensional distinctions; put em into categories and treat them that way.

And we get so that we only see others as separate from ourselves and the ways in which they're separate, and one of the dramatic characteristics of experience is being with another person and suddenly seeing the ways in which they are like you, not different from you.

And experiencing the fact that which is essence in you and essence in me is indeed one; the understanding there is no other - it is all one."

PS: see also Zeitgeist: Addendum

6- Zen: The Best of Alan Watts

"A person who thinks all the time has nothing to think about except faults, so he loses touch with reality and lives in a world of illusions.

By thought I mean the chattering inside the skull; perpetual and compulsive repetition of words, of calculations, and symbols going on inside the head.

For as a result of confusing the real world of nature with mere signs, such as money, stocks and bonds, title deeds, and so forth.

This is a disaster. Time to wake up. " -Alan Watts

7- Bruce Lee: In His Own Words

"When I look around, I always learn something and that is to be always yourself, and to express yourself, to have faith in yourself; do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it."

Brilliant : )

8- Simply Raw - Living Foods Will Make You Free

"One thing you are going to learn about live food is that that's the diet that works the best. And what's the reason?

When you cook the food, you lose 50% of the protein, 70% to 80% of the vitamins and minerals, and close to 100% of the phytonutrients." -Gabriel Cousens, M.D

9- Food Matters - You Are What You Eat

"Let thy Food be thy Medicine and thy Medicine be thy Food." - Hippocrates

10- Don't Swallow Your Toothpaste - (use an organic fluoride-free one, please!)

"Half the fluoride taken in by the body is excreted, but the other half stays and builds up in the bones."

11- Exploring Life Extension

"Members of the Life Extension foundation typically are extremely dedicated to maintaining themselves in an optimal state of health. Many of them simply want to live as long as they can without suffering the debilitating effects of aging. Some of them are very hardcore; they actually want to live forever as I do. They don't want to die. They don't believe people have to die if science advances fast enough to overcome the molecular changes of aging and death." -William Faloon

12- HIV = AIDS, Fact of Fraud?

"Too many people are making too much money out of it, and money is much stronger than truth"...

13- AIDS Inc. + Deconstructing The Myth of AIDS (by Gary Null)

"Nobody can find free infectious HIV virus in a human being. That is why they have to resort to looking for antibodies to HIV in a person. That is one of the biggest flaws in the HIV hypothesis." -David Rasnick, PhD

14- The Boy With The Incredible Brain

"The bigger question is whether we all have some of those abilities within us and that is what I refer to as the 'little rain man' in each of us."

15- Light at the Edge of the World: Science of the Mind

"There's something about the inherent tolerance of Buddhism that is inherently attractive. It's totally non-judgmental.

There's no notion of sin, there's no notion of good and evil, there's only ignorance and suffering. And this is the most important thing, it places all emphasis on compassion; you do not embrace negativity."

16- Mahatma: Life of Gandhi

"When I despair, I remember that all through history the ways of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants, and murderers, and for a time they can seem invincible, but in the end they always fall. Think of it--always."

17- The Boy Who Sees Without Eyes

"Ben has no guide dog and never uses a white cane. He's not even using his hands. Instead, he sees with sounds.

He makes a sharp click which bounces back off nearby objects. Amazingly, Ben's ears picks up the echoes and he can precisely locate where things are.

Ben is the only person in the world who sees using nothing but echolocation."

18- Edgar Cayce

"I don't think that anything and any field of healing can surpass the instructions that Cayce gave because he didn't give them to cure symptoms, he gave them to cure the basis of the illness.

The basic concepts of the Cayce readings it that the basis of health is spiritual, mental, and physical."

19- Lost Lightning: The Missing Secrets of Nikola Tesla

"Alpha waves in the human brain are between 6 and 8 hertz. The wave frequency of the human cavity resonates between 6 and 8 hertz. All biological systems operate in the same frequency range.

The human brain's alpha waves function in this range and the electrical resonance of the earth is between 6 and 8 hertz. Thus, our entire biological system - the brain and the earth itself - work on the same frequencies. If we can control that resonate system electronically, we can directly control the entire mental system of humankind."

20- The Man Who Lost His Body - Mind Over Body Real Case

"Eventually, Ian began to sense that the solution might lie in some hidden part of his mind. He had a hunch that if he could visualize a movement, he might by sheer force of concentration, make his body perform it."

21- Meetings With Remarkable Men

"Self-observation brings man to the realization of the necessity of self-change.

And in observing himself a man notices that self-observation itself brings about certain changes in his inner processes.

He begins to understand that self-observation is an instrument of self-change, a means of awakening." -Gurdjieff

22- Off The Grid

"A lot of people say they wish they could live this way, closer to nature, more environmentally conscious, self-sufficient. No more hydro bills or water pumps. It's possible and you don't have to move to the country to do it.

Even if nature's not your thing, not having a hydro bill and helping the environment should be. If we're to live in ways that are self-sustaining, we can't help but live a life of conflict.

It's too late to go back to living in tepees or traveling by horse, but it's not too late to get off the grid."

23- What Would Jesus Buy? - Stop Shopping!

"We say 'stop shopping' just to get your attention. Certainly, nobody can stop shopping, but you can have a conscious about your shopping. Think about how it affects other people. Just explore the options, that's all we ask."

The Maya, on the other hand, understood time as something more fluid and they believed that periods of time would be repeated through a series of world ages. If they simply pour the food scraps back in the water, they risk polluting the whole village supply. However, carp can scour out even the greasy or burnt pans. What was your experience with your desire to eat while healing
yourself with the practice? Some people claim after several months
of sungazing they became "breatharian". Others extolling the
benefits of sungazing have made no such claims.

My experience have been... simply amazing.

The desire to eat have decreased a lot, but the objective of this practice is not to stop eating at all...

What the sun (through pineal gland) makes in your body is to provide you with a lot of energy.

So you wonĀ“t need so much sleep as before, and certainly you wonĀ“t need as muh food as before.

I would say that my desire to eat junk food has disapeared totally.

IĀ“ve stopped taking cofee (I was a coffee-addict), drinking coke and sodas, etc... Even tobacco now tastes horrible (so I guess I will stop smoking too, and soon).

Now, naturally, my body wants healthy organic food, fruits, greens, soya, etc...

But I didnĀ“t forced that way. It has happened in a natural way. I simply donĀ“t want junk food anymore.

But the truly amazing thing about this is not the eating habits, is about physical and mind energy:

        - Now IĀ“m stronger than ever

        - I feel like a kid again

        - I am smiling most of the day

        - I donĀ“t get tired after spending 6 hours in front of the computer

        - I see things clearer than ever

        - I take the good decissions faster, no second guess

        - IĀ“m more confident than ever

        - NO more worries or stress

        - I have peace of mind

        - And my eyes are geting better vision everyday

I would have paid a million dollars for these results, thatĀ“s for sure... the above improvements are priceless to me.

Instead, all of this is FREE to anyone, no matter where you are living.

WOW! The films are amazing. Thanks Kneb!! I also have Real Player SP and I've been downloading the movies with that.

For those of you who have not been to the site, you watch a movie, then you have to wait a while before you can watch another one. But if you download the movie with Real Player, once the download starts you can pause the movie then search for another one to download. I've downloaded 12 of them so far in just a few hours!!

There's also another one I found that looks good -

The films can be downloaded with VDownloader (flv to avi), and can be burned into a DVD.

Or, you can do a search for them on Google in this way:

        "Title DVDrip" Rapidshare

        "Title DVDrip" Megaupload

You will find them in better resolution, maybe.

If these are anywhere near as entertaining and informative as TED talks, then I'm all ears. I've already watched, "What the Bleep Do We Know" and "Zeitgeist", and possibly some others. I enjoyed them both, but they both are bit off the mark in my opinion, for separate reasons. If you find more "must watch" videos I'd enjoy taking a look, so please let us know. Thanks!

Good stuff! Here's another one, which, while not exactly the cheeriest subject matter, I found fascinating nonetheless.

It's a series from The History Channel called "Last Days on Earth", and it examines 7 threats to the human race, ranging from supervolcanoes to asteroid strikes to climate change to even intelligent machines that turn against us.

I just watched the Jim Humble video - unbelievable!. I'd heard of MMS before but never really knew what it was. The video was a real eye opener!

I'm also totally new to sun gazing but am going to start doing it. I've always believed that we have everything on this earth to cure all our ailments (without using drugs). It's becoming clearer everyday that this is indeed the case.

What an amazing world we live in!!!!

I watch anything on Egyptian, and Ancient Cultures. I am sitting in front of the TV glued to my seat when programs like Discovery open a mummy case that has laid dormant for over 3000 years or so. If I could go on an Archeological Dig I would be there tomorrow!

Apart from that Gandhi is my human hero and I possess and cherish the movie of his life. I am inspired, strengthened, and vitalized by his courage and compassion.

    Cheers

      &
      The Pharmacratic Inquisition

I would add links but the powers that be forbid it for another 15 posts
