What do you think of MindMovies?

So i guess you guys heard about those australians that made MindMovies Creation Kit that would help you make some videos and the purpose of those videos are to help you visualize your wishes better.

Anyone bought it? If so, what did you think of it?

And another thing is that it is supposed that they made $400.000 in sales with that product..so i guess people are really looking for this kinda of stuff.

Whats the benefit of mindmovies over a powerpoint slideshow? I used powerpoint to create the motivational aspects to focused achievement and they seems to work well.

Yeah, I looked at a few sample mindmovies available on the site, and after a while I said, "hey I can make these myself!" Basically it's powerpoint slides + music that inspires you.

Maybe there's other stuff in the package that I'm not aware of.

I think the main benefit of the mind movie is the audio that you add to it. You need to pick audio and pictures that really motivate you and create emotions. Without the emotions, I'm not sure the entire concept would even work.

I've tried several software packages to create vision boards in the past and they weren't very effective. The mind movies that I have created have been helpful, and I've even noticed some things come into my life recently that were included in my mind movies. I really think the difference is the emotions that the audio and pictures I included created. Just my experience...

I really like this mindset kind of stuff it intrigues me,

I've already seen "The law of attraction" and I've actually heard a lot about mind movie but it all comes down to the same thing... you project a certain image out (or in your head) and you must firmly believe in it, almost like a goal that you really really want to accomplish and it should get realized.

Before I even started heard about all these mindset movies, I saw a video on Youtube about a guy called Momo and he really does a great job explaining it all and he even proves how this stuff really worked for him! (He call's it "Self Manifestation")...

If you guy's want to check it out here's the link...

Self Manifestation - Get what you want !

Hope this helps you out buddy, all the best!

    Hi Marian,

I've seen the MindMovies and I love the concept. However, I
don't really like the idea of having to pay that much money for
something that can be achieved with something like
Windows Movie Maker (which is free).

True, you lose out on some of the nice text effects but the
main concept of MindMovies is to remind you about the things
you want to achieve in video format and a nice music to anchor
    the memories.

I just create my own ones using power point, I add statements after every 2 or 3 images of what I want then add suitable music to it.

Once I achieve something I'll add text to the image with a date that it's been achieved then add another image to the end of it.

from what I know, the course has very important part in teaching you and helping you find out exactly WHAT to put in the videos. I think they even say it...something like "we will teach you how to choose the best words and images that will have the best impact upon you"...something like this.

that's just part of the sales hype to get you to buy the kit. Only you know what words and images trigger the emotions in you to help you manifest what you want.

So like others have said make your own mind movies with images, text, and music using Movie Maker or other free video creation tools

I almost bought the MindMovies package - and I would have for $50 or less. But $100 . . . I just didn't buy into it.

I did like the fact that they have a software that will play the video in the background the entire time that you are working on your cpu! And you can adjust the transparency of the video. I thought this was pretty cool.

But again, not for $100. Not for me! And I have joined numerous "continuity programs" recently (none of which I have remained a member for more than a month) and I really didn't want to join another one.

MindMovies has that continuity built into the sales process. Another reason I didn't buy.

I am an advocate for creating your own. I've even found good ones on YouTube already and "borrowed" them!

I've heard of them and also only from Frank Kern. I liked the concept, but didn't buy into it. That's way too expensive. IF people would just remember the fact that the mind movie originator got his "success" from the simple videos he provided. So why pay $50 or whatever it is a month for "cooler" visualization. If you want it bad enough, I think you'd be visualizing it anyway.

Yeah, we can make the videos ourselves and just plug it into our brains so much that we dream about it, we see it while we're working and we re-play it in our minds as we watch t.v. Heck, I think I'll learn how to make videos and do it tomorrow. I'm going to bed for now.

I set up a web page that gives an overview of the "Law of Attraction," gives some interesting links, and describes how to make your own "mind movie" using free software (Photostory).

(And I also link to a site showing a complementary connection between the "Law of Attraction" idea and the Jewish spiritual tradition.)

I'm not allowed to give the link to the site until I've made 15 posts or more, so if you're interested in having a look please let me know.

MindMovies is a great concept and as he says himself, people have been using them for centuries.

I guess he is offering a package to do it all in one place and it looks cool.

As a psychotherapist/hypnotherapist, I have been using the concept of mind movies for over 15 years with my clients, the difference is that my clients' movies exist inside their heads.

Each movie is personal and any tiny detail can be changed instantly. The music can be louder or softer (in fact they can change the music altogether, if they want).

Maybe I should put a product together showing how to access that exact part of the mind that makes this all possible in the first place.

      That's really got me thinking.

      Thanks for a great post.

      Best wishes

      Heather

When I saw the mind movie video with Frank Kern I was intrigued. As it happened, a week before one of my voices students (11 year old) had taught me how to use Windows Movie maker quick and easy. So I just got some images and affirmations together and made my mind movies homemade with Photoshop and Movie Maker.
At the time I'd had a discussion with a rather esoteric friend who noted that his majick ceremonies had an appreciable measure of higher effectiveness if he went and gathered the ingredients himself, instead of buying them. I thought to myself, "I think these mind movies will be much more effective if I make them from scratch", even hand drawing or scanning images.
Mind movies are a great way to program the subconscious, and I sometimes watch mine with entrainment music at a low level for optimum effectiveness.

I actually promoted Mind Movies at launch for one simple reason - it's phenomenal! It's not about throwing some PowerPoint slides up there and expecting a miracle. The process is outlined in great detail and knowing the theory (and proof) behind it makes all the difference in the world.

I don't promote crap This package is well worth it, and I have been seeing amazing results from my OWN Mind Movie.

I should mention that I didn't pay any attention to the Law of Attraction before getting an invite to be a JV partner. It changed my mind about Attraction- and I'm glad!

I have trying other visualization techniques but tend to lose focus. Watching a 2 minute video I can do. I have been watching them for a little over a week and have noticed a difference in my eating habits and a new attitude about my finances.

I think Narek is right. It's more powerful to create these movies in your own mind in an altered state rather than watching a screen. If you study NLP you can also make the movies more powerful by changing the submodalities to maximise the effect of the images.

I had a look at it. I think its a good idea to help you visualise your goals often. It works similar to a vision board but better since its more like a movie. I would endorse anything that helps you achieve your goals faster!

Mind Movies is a great idea, works the saem as the Vision Board but is more powerful due to music, effects, etc.. Puts you in a "feeling good" place which is great for attracting your desires.
But you can make them yourself for free like was mentioned here with Windows Movie Maker-will look as good, if not better if you put some creativity into it.
