Has anyone here tried Time Line Therapy to get rid of limiting beliefs and did it work?
I realise that I am a very capable person mentally but that I hold myself back because although I know logically I am as capable as the next person of success in anything I do I don't feel it inside. So I think I have limiting beliefs holding me back like "I'm not good enough" "You have to work hard to be rich" "I can't afford it" "I can't succeed" "I have to be perfect". So therefore I think I constantly self sabotage and procrastinate on things which when I make myself go forward and do them I am more than capable of!
I am therefore considering having time line therapy to remove some of these beliefs that are holding me back and I was wondering if anyone else had taken this route and if anyone has had any success with it at all?
I believe Christopher Howard uses it and possibly Tony Robbins? Any ideas to guide me please folks?
