Either You Run The Day or The Day Runs You.

"Either you run the day or the day runs you." -Jim Rohn

A great quote. With distractions and constant interruptions, it's hard sometimes to really get things done.

One of the things I talked about in my new book is some of time saving strategies and some tips Lee Milteer spoke about for really managing your day.

The good old 80/20 Rule is so important to know.
80% of your profits or success come from 20% of your efforts.

Is there parts of that 80% you can delegate or hand off. If you're maybe spending 5 hours a day on checking emails or x and only 1 or 2 hours a day on money producing activities....why not spend 3 or 4 hours doing those money producing activiities and hand off those 2 or 3 hours of non productive work or even come up with ways to break the non money activities down.

Just even say eliminating 2 hours of wasted x a day at the end of 5 days thats 10 hours you could be producing more leads and more profits.

Time in business and life is the most important thing, so take advantage of every moment and make every minute a great one.

The previous poster hit the nail on the head. I can tell you from my personal experience as an Internet Marketer. As my business had grown - one of the biggest challenges for me has been to learn to delegate. I think a lot of us like to be in control and its hard to let go. But we need to learn to do it and delegate so that we can spend more time on revenue generating activities.
