What's your perfect day?

What does your perfect "average" day look like?

I got this exercise from Frank Kern:

Our life is made up of days so why not start imagining your perfect "average" day everyday?

From where you wake up, how you wake up, what you eat, what you do in the morning, what you do in the afternoon, who are your ideal friends, what's your ideal girl/boy, what's your ideal house, hobby, job, everything.

Just play out an entire perfect day in your head.

It's the best visualization strategy I've ever heard of. Why just visualize one goal when you can have them all? It's way more inspiring and believe it or not pretty realistic.

Frank Kern did this every day for 9 months and made 20+ million AND got happier in the process.

Pretty good deal

    X2 threads !? zomg xD
    Just messin around =P

I'd say my perfect average day looks something like this:

Sleep in until 10am =o (having a kid and job makes this relatively difficult)
    Work out - Bike/Yoga/Strength exercises
    Take a long relaxing shower
    Meditate for 15-30 minutes
    Eat Breakfast
Continue writing on my current project
Play with my daughter and fiance
Make lunch and have a picnic in the park across the street
Go walk to the awesome ice cream shop in uptown
Take a nap with all 3 of us together
Go on a date with my fiance (prob leave the kiddo with the gparents xD)
Come back and play with the kiddo before she goes to sleep
    Make love
Watch a movie and drink some win
    Go to sleep

Man that sounds like an awesome day !

Sounds like an incredible day man!!

    Mine's pretty close actually.

Wake up at 8 next to my lovely girl with the sound of the beach echoing through my room
Work out(everything!! I'm not even going to describe this one lol)
    Meditate
    Taoism
    Reading
    Eat
Take a nice relaxing bath with a great view of the shore line
Work for 4 hours on building a home study course or a mentorship program or be mentorin
Take a nice post work walk
Meet up with my girl or with my friends and just do whatever comes into mind
Have a dinner with my 6 favorite friends in a bi-weekly dinner(we shift between resturants and our houses)
Spend some time with my girl...we're incredibly adventurous and playful...might watch a movie too.
    Make love
Talk to her about life in general.
    Fall asleep in her arms

    Repeat

Sounds pretty good to me. I don't think it gets much better....maybe a massage lol

      Hello,

I think my perfect day is when i complete my work on time. If my work is pending in any day then its too heavy to complete in another day.

      Regards,
      Olivia

Ah one of them again. I have been bumping into these methods on and off now. And they all seem to come from one book. I read this one 2 years back. "Unlimited Power" by Anthony Robbins.

These are the techniques of NLP. Sure Frank Kern is a master.

Anyway,Mine would be similar to AwesomePossum

+ Going for a ride along the country side on a BWM Z4 at fall
+ Taking snaps of just about anything.
        + Helping someone in need.

Its tough to put down a perfect average day because perfect for me would be having an open schedule every day and being able to do whatever I wanted at whatever moment I wanted to. Spontaneity!

But I would never have an alarm clock, I would wake up when the sun crept through my windows as the faint humming of the sea forced me to finally open my eyes with a slight smile.

Finally opening my eyes to my girl beside me, also slowly waking up. Get up and decide what breakfast we felt like it and then decided what we felt like doing that day.

    Days activities...unknown but spontaneous.

Night time, curl back in bed when I started to get drowsy, no matter what time it was. Close my eyes when my body felt it was right and then slowly slip into a sleep with my girl next to me and with the faint humming of the sea in the background.

man, i've gotta move outta new jersey haha

Haha, ya I do agree that spontaneity is important, but I've also read somewhere that having a plan for your day is the best way towards feeling accomplished. Naturally, deviating from a plan shouldn't be like pulling teeth; it should be like riding down a river with a fork in the stream and letting the current pull you into the right direction. Gotta love those lazy Saturdays too every once in a while.

Today is anything but, unfortunately. My poor fiance got a tonsillectomy yesterday afternoon and is in a lot of pain, and needing to take a lot of drugs. So its me and the kiddo all weekend while feeding her soups and jello, hehe. But, to be honest, it feels good to take care of someone you love. I'm sure you'd all agree

Couldn't relate better. Take care of her. Pray she gets healthy soon.

    My perfect day?

*Wake up next to my sweetheart. Breakfast and a shower!
*Head to my studio to work on entertainment projects, writing scripts, having production meetings, supervising the creative process.
*By 3PM head over to the recording studio to hear some of my friends music projects, then head over to see what my girl was working on with her endeavors.
*Back to the film/telvision studio to continue working on creative.
*Home by 7pm to spend time with my lucky lady.
*I enjoy being up late, so I'd probably spend my time from 9pm to 11pm adding touches to the days work or getting prepared for the next days creative.

As you can probably tell, IM is just a means to an end for me, to help fund my bigger dreams and goals. My plan is that one day I can turn over the business I am building now to a subdivision of my entertainment company.

    Now thats a perfect day!

Sunny day is a perfect day!
It's not easy to describe a perfect day in words so I've done it with Photoshop
(Over 20 pictures have been used to make this. Inspired by a similar work of unknown author).

      Which one is YOU?

This picture is perfect. Thanks for posting this. It's so true that one picture can tell you what many words will fail to tell.

My perfect day is just lying in bed for hours. Having a really lovely coffee and just going to the park on a warm sunny summers day. That is heaven!

I've done this before at a seminar with Marshall Sylver actually. The audience is asked to visualize and then write down in detailed description their 'ideal perfect day'. I would encourage more people to take the time to do this powerful exercise. I believe it fuels the dream! Realize what you want and go for it. Create the reality.

BTW Phenomenal Advice on the visualization! Frank Kern made $20 million because he saw it over, and over and over......then his subconscious mind acted on the idea.

I visualize every hour on the hour. It's the most powerful wealth attracting practice I know of.
