Everyone that's uptight about this so called "crisis", or is feeling controlled by some outside influence should watch the video on that page.

    Thanks for sharing this. Awesome!

I am tempted to say 'Superstitious Nonsense' but I wouldn't want to upset anyone.

That was a phenomenal way to look
at this recession...chill out and go to work...
stop looking to someone to solve your problems...

It made me take a closer look at the way I'm
    doing things.

    Great insight.

I went to see Esther and Gerry Hicks in UK last year after reading some of their books.

It all makes total sense to me.

I live my life according to their teachings - or I try to!

    Great Stuff

    Thanks

      I love Ester Hicks ....

      So inspiring and uplifting.

If I am ever having self doubt or a bad day -
I throw on some Abraham and get into a meditation
and realize that all of my problems are made
      up in my head!

      Ahh, what a relief!

She certainly knows how to stun an audience. She speaks so fluently you don't have time to comprehend everything she just said. How does someone come up with all that so smoothly? Amazing. It's funny watching the in- awe looks on the audience faces.

Perhaps she is a master philosopher, or perhaps she is really channeling, in either event I have listened to no less than 1,000 hours of Abraham teachings (no exaggeration) and I have yet to hear her contradict herself, nor has any of her philosophy's contradicted the happenings of my own personal life experience. As for not having time to comprehend everything she says, play the tape back a hundred times. The more you comprehend, the more it rings true to you.

I just love the teachings of Abraham, and Esther is wonderful.

I does all make sense to me. And it is not far off from common sense. If you want to be successful, stop listening to the tales of doom and gloom, because that is only going to mess you up and bring you down.

Spoken like a true, guitar strumming "idealist champion". Arlow Guthrie would be proud!

You can't go wrong with Jay Abraham,

All would be marketers should start
by learning from those who perfected
    the scientific craft of selling.

Dan Kennedy, John Carlton, Ted Nichols
    to name of few.

What is inside you is more important than what is outside and what is inside comes before and determines what is outside. This is an absolute truth and this is what all spiritual philosophies are about. But changing what is inside is not so easy: again and again we let the outside world determine what we put inside ourselves. This is probably why the monks have always lived far from the outside world: if you are removed from it, it won't influence you.

What I find interesting not only about what she said but what I see missing, so far, from these comments.

What's Really being said in that video?

Something I find missing more and more from today's society! Take responsibility for your own LIFE!

WE, as a society, are too busy looking outside of ourselves for answers and too quick to blame someone else for our troubles. When all that really needs to be done is to look in the mirror and say"If it's meant to be. it's up to ME!"

I don't mean to sound negative here but... it seems to me, that the more people look for a "Quick Fix" The worse our world gets! Litigation is at an all time high, and on the rise, and we lose more of our freedoms everyday!

It really gets me how people look to the government these days to fix things! (rolling my eyes) Think about how the government has "fixed" things in the past!! YIKES! Scary stuff!

I'm also not a conspiracy theorist, but I DO believe that the media is hypnotizing the masses. Have you ever wondered why GOOD news is seldom, if ever heard on the 6 o'clock news?
Most would say because that's what sells and makes ratings.

Really? I wonder why it's never been tried (to MY knowledge) to have an all good news channel or broadcast. I guarantee that there are as many, or more, good things going on in this world than bad. But to find out about those good things, you have to really do some homework! To find bad news; all one has to do is turn on the radio or T.V. and you'll be inundated with stories of crime, disaster, and pestilence!

What would happen if, instead, things were reversed? What if the media were to report more good than bad? What do you think would happen to our world?

I think things would change drastically and in short order!

My Dad always told me; "Son, your only as good as the company you keep." Well, that holds true for the things you allow into your awareness as well! Thoughts are things! If you allow yourself to be constantly reminded how bad things are; you will make it very hard on yourself to rise above it!

Focus on the reality YOU want to create! "Be the change you want to see in the world" as Gandhi says. Even the Bible says "be in the world, but not of it." Hmm I don't know about anyone else; but I'm beginning to see a pattern here! I also believe that THIS is "the secret" to making the law of attraction work!
