I meditate, do some yoga, completely let go of everything(my vegetation state), get a massage, listen to music, and I do breathing/energy exercises to get my batteries charged...ohh and I love to take hikes. I live right by the mountains so nature's lovable here.
I also read sometimes at night. When I do it's philosophy cuz I'm weird...and I watch some Eben Pagan or Frank Kern videos WITHOUT TAKING NOTES lol...that's pretty lame but I like just relaxing and watchin some vids on business theory....I mean I am suppose to be working during the day ; )
Just curious...you can probably tell I like to mix it up so I was curious what you did.
UPDATE: TK added in a good question...how often do you relax? twice a day? Twice a week?
I'm kinda rediculous....I think I relax 4 times a day...cept when my girl's within reach...then I get no sleep >.<....that girl's a flippin zombie!
