Over exposure to computer radiation, how it will affect us?

Hello fellas! These days I felt my health condition is really affected by too much exposure to computer radiation. I started working from 5 am to 12 midnight with 5 hours break in front of the computer. I think aside from lack of sleep this has something to do with computer radiation. I often feel that my eye vision is getting blurry and my body weight drop. I often experience head aches and migraines. I tried to have a check with my doctor but he said I just need to have a rest. But since he can never really explain what's the cause of it I have a doubt that this maybe have something to do with my exposure to computer radiation. Any of you guys have experience this?

I'm not a doctor, but I do agree, maybe you just need to take a break. And not a 5 hour break, like a day or two. Take the time off, re-energize yourself by doing something other than being in front of a computer and just relax...

What kind of computer monitor do you have? An LCD monitor gives off less radiation as compared to a CRT. But I do agree with other people that you need more rest. No use killing yourself as you are in this for the long haul.

Have you heard of the Pomodoro Technique? It's a great free time management tool. Google it and you will find it.

      Best of luck.

I found this lately when doing some reading on clays. Don't know much about it though so please do your own research.

      Pascalite –

Scientists worldwide are working with clay, excited by its potential. – From the New York Times: “Clay shimmers with electronic energy. It triggers intricate chemical reactions, and sucks poisons from the environment.”-The crystalline lattice of clay gives it the ability to store energy and then re-emit it. And up on the Big Horn Mountains, in an underground tunnel that we drive deeper into the mountain each summer after the snow vanishes, lies the “shimmering white clay, moist and eternally ‘alive’
MORE EXCITING NEWS! Harvey C. Lisle, chemical engineer, specializing in biodynamics, established PASCALITE, as a “rock dust”, is “Alive.” radiating energy 100 feet, and POSSESSES THE ABILITY TO NEGATE NOXIOUS ENERGY. Placed above or below the TV set or microwave. testing shows complete irradification of the harmful electric energies emanating from them. And IT NEGATED THE NOXIOUS ENERGIES FROM A 12.000 VOLT LINE IN THE AREA IN FRONT OF HIS HOME.

There is concern currently as to the potentially harmful electronic fields generated by anything electrical, big or small. Recently the Environmental Protective Agency expressed concern that those emissions may be linked to leukemia, lymphoma, brain cancer. This issue must be taken seriously – demanding much more research.

The reported ability of PASCALITE clay (and other “live” rock dusts) to negate these harmful energies may well assume great importance for future health.
One, research group gives a possible explanation as to why PASCALITE differs from other clays. It lies relatively near the famous, mysterious Big Horn Medicine Wheel, which dates back to antiquity. “We feel medicine wheels were built on vortex areas where earth energies surface intensely, and the PASCALITE contains that same intense energy.” Conventional science remains silent on this.

at least one government agent has hinted it may well be an as-yet-unidentified material outside the scope of present knowledge. Dr Walter Bennett, Ph.D., who investigated it in depth, stated it was still "a very mysterious substance".

I think you are reaching for an explanation without evidence that there is a problem with radiation.

5 hrs of sleep - not enough. As I read your post you seem to be working on the computer 14 hrs total. I expect you might find you are more productive if you reduce the hours to 10 a day.

What do you do in the 5 hours of break time? You need serious exercise - both aerobic and stretching - to balance sitting in front of a computer - planned healthy meals and snacks rather than junk foods and skipping meals.

Your eyes are strained - you may need an eye exam - cut the background on your computer to light gray rather than white to reduce strain - and make sure the resolution is correct on your monitor.

Only when you are living a lifestyle with balance of work/exercise/healthy diet will you know if something other than overwork and lack of personal care is affecting you.

Pay attention to what you are doing in the 14 hours of work - you may find several hours are "make work" that you can stop doing.

Yes, Kay, I think you were all right, this is all about lack of sleep and overworked. I should start doing an exercise and eat a good diet. There's no use working so hard just to die easily. I just had an eye checked up and the doctor said I should wear an anti radiation eyeglass and reduce my eye exposure to computer. Probably I'll be shifting time to my work schedule, this could help to adjust my time to what is the most important task to be done for the day and become more productive. I'd like to write more here but I think I'll just do it next time, I need to refrain from using the computer for the meantime because I've just administered a temporary eye medication for one week. Thanks for the comments and advises. Hope to hear from you again soon.

I'm not a doctor nor is this any medical advice. Just a friendly opinionated response to your problem.

I notice that when I am focused too long on the computer my vision is affected negatively sometimes it also causes headaches. I'm guess it's because of the extensive strain having to focus on the monitor.

Personally what I like to do is take a 15 minutes break every 1 hours just to look outside at trees or that sort.

Try focusing farther because in my opinion you might become near sighted from sitting at the computer all day staring at as far as a couple inches isn't good for you.

    All the Best,
    Benjamin
