THE GUARANTEED WAY 2 LOSE WEIGHT & SHAPE UP WITHOUT DIETING.. FREE INFO.. NOTHING LEFT OUT!

Hello all

Being overweight or being lean and fit is really a choice! And it may sound like an insensitive statement right now, but I'll prove that statement to be true right here and right now! And Forget dieting! If you eat the right foods, you'll still lose weight..that's how nature intended it to be.. but we humans messed up the whole masterplan..

I used to weigh around 20 Stones one time. Nearly everyone in my family were overweight at one point and I thought it was pretty much the way its meant to be. Then I started reading up on dieting and nutrition and I soon realized that I was doing it all wrong. Skipping on breakfast and cutting down on meals is a surefire way to put on weight in the long run. It will work for a few months, but I'll bet you anything the body is losing water mass as we speak and not fat. Please don't get me wrong. I am not knocking on your efforts here. I've been there and done that. After a good while the body will force you to go on a binge and it's not a lack of willpower, it's just nature's way to prevent the body from a potential breakdown.

I went from 20 stones in weight to a near solid 6 pack weighing less than 10 stones. And it's mostly muscles now.

Losing weight the healthy way is only too easy and it hurts me when people do it all wrong because its been a painful rollercoaster ride to get to where I am now.

The secret to losing weight is:
Eating 6-7 small meals PER DAY (not per week) and sticking to ALL NATURAL foods such as Lean Proteins, Fruits and Vegetables, Legumes, Nuts (especially Almonds), Eggs, Greens & Olive Oil (with NOTHING added). Be sure to stay completely away from Salt, Sugar and Flour. A bit of genuine wholemeal products are ok once in a while, but never white or refined flour.

For those who aren't used to the idea of eating less, I say eat generously from the list shown here and drink plenty of water. I call this phase 1. Phase 1 to me is about eating as much as I like balanced out with plenty of water and discovering the miracle of losing weight at the same time. One important piece of the puzzle is to go for a brisk walk of 30 minutes minimum. Basically the faster you walk the leaner you get. You cannot lose weight without exercise and in the long run if you want your weight loss to be the new you, it's absolutely the only way.

Once you get used to the 6-7 meal idea and you have lost a significant amount of weight, the toning up phase begins. This is where I introduce weight training and speed interval training. I workout for 7 days a week now, but you only need to train for 30-45 minutes a day and you can start off with just 3 workout sessions a week. But that daily 30 minute brisk walk is a must.

When you reach the toning up phase, cut down on fruits a bit and reduce the size of your meal intake to the size of 2 fist fulls (be sure to have some complex carbs and some proteins in there). I normally workout in the morning and eat after 1 hour. You should never wait for any longer than 2 hours for the first meal. And at night I don't eat anything after 6 or 7pm. Since you are pretty much inactive in the night, your body not be able to burn any of it. The theory of the small meal idea is simple. Smaller meals adjust the size of the stomach to the size you are dictating it to comply with. It revs up your metabolism and the exercise will chisels off the extra bits from the outside in. Weights training will convert the fat into muscles and the muscles will eat up most of the healthy foods going into the body preventing excessive storage building up in the warehouse.

Stay completely away from Fast Food restaurents, chips, cookies, biscuits, sweets and anything that fails the "nature" test. If you behave really well for 6 days a week, you can go for a generous treat on the the 7th day.
Foods that are not natural are simply put: TOXIC to the body and they are correlated to dozens of diseases that will only show up later in life in some form or the the other.

Overeating will prevent your six pack to show but it will never make you overweight or obese. Some might argue on this point but to them I say try it before passing judgement.
Beside's Mother Nature plugged in a built-in mechanism to foods that come directly from Nature that prevents a possible binge, something that you'll never find in your fizzy drinks, alcohol, cookies, crisps or pizza.
Salt isn't natural either for the most part. In fact nearly 99% of the salts sold in Supermarkets etc are some variant of table salt, regardless of how 'natural' they may make it to appear.

One of the best books out there for losing weight and toning up is the "Abs Diet" by David Zezenko. There's a workout DVD you can get for this too and the two resources have helped me a great deal.

But if all of this sounds confusing to you my simple advice is eat Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Legumes, Eggs, Greens and Organic Lean Meats without a single thing added and be sure to drink 8 glasses of water and you will lose weight from the first week itself. And that morning brisk walk will clense away not just those extra inches but all your worries too.

All the best!

ps: I don't eat meat mainly due to the fact that it has now been identified that red meat is a leading cause of cancer. I haven't mentioned milk in the above list as it contains a high percentage of saturated fats and the same can be said about all dairy products.
There are so many books out there nowadays with near enough identical information now but very few people seem to know about them.. If you need a more detailed plan.. please take the time to try out one of these books.. especially that David Zezenko's book and workout DVD I recommended above. I am not affiliated with these products in any way, but they just might have saved my life..

If you want to take the ultimate challenge that will instantly turn your body into a fat burning machine: start eating everything 100% RAW. That will take the guess work out of everything. But this is not for everyone obviously.

Also need to move around more. Even if you eat fresh fruits and vegetables, you will STILL gain some weight if you do not exercise. Everything in moderation.

I agree with almost all of what you said except this part:

If you're working out in the morning like you said you do, you should not wait even 1 hour after the workout. You need to get food into your body as soon as possible to start repairing the body and muscles.

The general rule is to get your protein and fast digesting carbs into your body within 30 minutes of working out to fully recover properly.

Even if you don't exercise in the morning, you still want to eat as soon as you wake up because your body goes for around 8 hours without any food or nutrients while you sleep.

Also, the whole thing about not eating past a certain time at night is false. Even though you're sleeping, your body is still burning off calories while you sleep because it's rejuvenating itself.

Plus, if you're eating correctly and following a good exercise program that incorporates strength training, your metabolism should always be running quickly no matter whether you're sleeping or awake.

To go along with that, right before you go to sleep is a critical time to eat slow digesting protein/carbs since you're basically preparing your body for an 8 hour fasting period and it needs something to fuel itself during that time. If you fail to have nutrients for your body to use as fuel, it will start utilizing your muscles as energy which is definitely what you don't want because you want to be burning off fat, not muscle.

Other than that, you got the right idea. People do need to understand that there's no "magic" formula or pill or workout machine that will just drop inches and fat from their body. It takes discipline and hard work just like there's no magic button to make a million dollars online.

Eating healthy + following a good workout routine + proper rest = a better looking and healthier body.

The final thing I want to say is not to pay too much attention to the number on the scale. Weight means nothing - your overall body composition does.

You want to look at how much your body fat percentage is. Basically this means the amount of fat in your body compared to everything else.

The easiest way to explain this to people is like this:

You take 2 people that both weigh 200 pounds and are the exact same height. Person A has 10% body fat while Person B has 30%. Even though both of them have the same weight and the number on the scale is the exact same for both of them, Person B would be considered pretty overweight while Person A is in great shape.

That's why I hate when people get so caught up in the number that the scale tells them since it's very misleading. Look at yourself in the mirror and/or get your body fat percentage taken and that will tell you everything you need to know.

If you change EVERYTHING you eat to 100% raw.. I can swear that you will start losing from the first week onwards. But it has to be 100% raw with no compromises.. nothing added..not even slightly steamed or blanched.

If we stick with Nature's laws.. we then become who nature intended us to be! To make it simpler you can always get yourself a power juices and mix up fruits, vegs, greens and nuts etc. When you add in a few sweet fruits, it will make most raw foods a real treat!
