Does anyone besides me get a rush when you hear the song (I made it - Kevin Rudolf).. it just reminds me of IM and how one day I will make it.

Anyone else have a song that empowers them to just put their head down and get to work?

      That is quite good, I do believe that music increases my mood and therefore contributes to my productivity. Generally when I feel like I do not want to write anymore I take a 5-10 minute break and listen to songs like billionaire

        I absolutely LOVE using music as a form of motivation. Anytime I feel down, upset, sad, whatever, I reach for my playlist. One of my favorite songs is "Faith of the Heart" by Russell Watson. It was used (or maybe created for) the theme song to Star Trek Enterprise.

    This is definitely a song that lights a fire under my ass. What I really remember this song for (and I've told this story here once before) was when I was looking for a new car back in April.

    Was walking through the lot and my eye spotted this Charger that I had previously fell in love with. To put it bluntly, it was my dream car. Drove by a similar one that looked nearly identical on my way to my dead end job in California three years ago. Anyway, as soon as I started it up for a test drive, this song was on the radio--I knew she was mine after that.

    I like I Will Survive. Actually there are many songs that empower and inspire me... I guess it just depends on what kind of mood I'm in when I am listening.
