I've never been a big believer in formal education.

Education has been important for me.

Self-education has been important too. I feel that while education gives you a basic framework, self-education gives you that extra boost. It's moving into action which the knowledge which you've acquired, or even better moving into action with knowledge you pick up along the way in the lab of life.

Get your booksmarts and proceed to acquire street smarts every day of your life.

I dont rate booksmarts very highly, or most college degrees, life teaches the greatest lessons, its up to yourself to learn the most important and useful knowledge. Read books, listen to great people, learn from them

To many people rely on just a college degree before hiring someone. But the truth is there are many people out their you can hire in many niches to where they know more than some people who have attended college.

I have often thought Education is wasted on the young. It is not until after you leave school, you understand the value of education.

I can't remember who said it, but there is a quote that states, "You go to school to learn how to learn."
