I think I first heard about on this forum but I can't remember. I bought the Get the Edge series cheap on eBay. It includes an audio you that you listento when you exercise and it's amazing. While you are walking/running or whatever exercise you want he takes you through some great affirmations, has you visualize and remember what you are greatful for, your goals, imaging the future, etc.

When I listen to it in the morning it makes me feel like Ican conquer the world.

At least it does me.

You listen to this while you are walking/running/exercising. He walks you through visualizations, affirmations and other things while you are exercising. For me it's much more powerful than just doing these same kinds of things when you are relaxed.

Thanks for reminding me because I did have that but I forgot about it. It is an awesome way to begin a day to set yourself up for maximum productivity and success.

Positive affirmations were practiced by hundreds of the riches, most successful people in the world as per Napoleon Hill's classic collection, Wallace Wattles before him. Be "thankful" for everything give gratitude to your God or the universe itself. What you think about most often is what the cosmic forces deliver.

While I love most of Robbin's stuff, to me, exercising is my ultimate relief. I do NOT want to add anything else "productive" to it. I want it to "pure" so to speak.

    Chin-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and ab-flexes. That's the sweat.
Then comes the mental exercise, and why make it difficult?

I wouldn't want to use the audio with all workouts. It's best with exercise that doesn't take thought like walking, running, etc. Tony Robbins talks about how important movement when changing your state, etc. It works.
