  Wow, that was really great! I was just thinking about how tired I am, and wanting to go to sleep when I saw that video. Makes me think, what do I want most, to be successful or catch up on my sleep? Obviously, the desire to succeed in my goals has to be a driving force that supersedes every other desire I may have.

That was a great video thanks for sharing. Eric Thomas is a preacher and a motivational speaker and he has inspired many young people to achieve beyond their current capabilities. You have to have a strong reason why you want to succeed and then once you're on your way the results of your hard work will prove to be the greatest motivation of all.
