OK, I'm a newbie who really wants to succeed in internet marketing. I have spent countless hours researching this field and I really believe it's something I can do.

Now, here is my dilemma, I have limited funds so if I leap into this business I really have to start off on the right foot or I will be toast before I even get rolling.

I have been seriously looking at two possibilities to help myself and improve my knowledge.

> CCP
> The Wealthy Affiliate

I need specialized training and a support group to help me get my feet of the ground, I realize this as personal need of my own.

So, my question is which one to choose? I have looked at both of them thoroughly and I am leaning more towards the Wealthy Affiliate.

I am not asking for endorsements for either program, nor am I seeking to trash talk either one.

I would just appreciate some honest feed back from folks who have been where I am now, to aid me in making my final decision.

Thanks in advance,

Wes

I don't know CCP but I have heard good things about Wealthy Affiliate. I'd like to give you a third choice to consider as it's very low cost and you have access to about 15 of the top experts on this forum with specific training in at least 10 business models right now (and always growing). You simply choose which one to focus on first. You get the guidance and the support within the membership, as well:

This isn't my WSO, so you don't think I'm pimping my own product. I am a member, there, however and it gets my highest recommendation.

The #1 rule of any new business start-up (online or not) is:
Do Not Allow Any Debt. (And do not believe you need any--ANY--kind of loan or capital to get started.
The first reason 85% of new businesses fail in the first two years is because they cannot pay their bank note. It's too cumbersome.
Keep the day job. Don't take on debt. Let you business build its own life.
Then you can appreciate every bit of life it builds.

Me too A'm a newbie like u, trying to find a mentor to guide me through IM.
I was a member of Wealthy Affiliate (WA) for 4 months, (when the price was still 39$ per month) till they rejected my Credit card and cancelled my account.

WA is actually a good learning resource mostly aimed at newbies, and if u're a clever learner, master their tutorials very fast, then cancel your membership and start implementing them.
As an EX-member of WA, I may not advice you to join, (I'm not trying to bash them) coz their current 97$ per month fee doesn't worth what they're offering; especially when u said that u've got limited funds. (Still some people find the old price of 39$ Unworthy too....those who had joined @ 39$ before price hike continue to pay 39$)
They provide tons of information which u do not really require, and if not careful, u'll get lost or bombarded with information overload. Their forum too, has a lot of newbies, asking all kinds of questions, and thus ends up with too many unanswered questions which have stayed in the forum for even 4 months.

The world is moving very fast, so does the web...and many things are now being gotten for free. There are countless free online tutorials geared towards IM, and affiliate marketing. The info inside WA can actually be found in many forums, especially Warrior forum. And their tools too, u can get them at some websites for free.

My humble advice can be, just save your hard earned bucks for Web hosting and Domain registration and EXPLOIT the free resources found all over the internet before spending a penny on any membership site, if u feel unsatisfied.
Just join some GURU IM's lists and get free tons of tutorials, and u'll get some basic knowledge.
    E.g - JOHN CHOW
    JEREMY SHOEMAKER (shoemoney.com)
    JONATHAN VOLK
    YARO STARAK
    ZAC JOHNSON
    And many more.

So, please exploit the free resources first, and then move to paid membership site if it becomes necessary.

I think that you should also consider AffiliIt. It costs about $50 a month and many guys that I know who are doing well online now recommend their program.

I myself like PPC-Coach, but since you are on a tight budget you may need to start with free methods instead of PPC, so AffiliIt can be a better choice.

Invest what you can but don't go overboard. Use the hell out of free methods. Keep your day job until you don't need it and learn as much as you can along the way, there is no rush for wealth and it will keep you sane to take it slow to start GOOD LUCK!
