Are Success, Leadership and Generosity REALLY in the Blood? I'm Just Curious and Confused.

I have been giving to people around me even when it seems very inconvenient for me. Recently, I became so disturbed that I had to go and my doctor friend.

He looked straight into my eyeballs and asked, "Have you forgotten in a hurry that your blood genotype is AA and your blood group is O+?"

I was more confused than I was before I went to see him. So, I asked him, "What do you mean?"

"Generosity is in your blood. As an O+ personality, you are a universal donor, which means in a layman's understanding that you are a generous giver," he explained.

He also said that leadership is in my blood. But I forgot to ask him if SUCCESS is in my blood. I will definitely ask him when next I meet him.

What do you think about this issue?

Do you agree that generosity, leadership, success, failure and so on are in the blood?

Genetics can have some influence in how we perceive and react to things, but the actions you take are decisions you make. Nothing in your blood is going to cause you to be more generous, or more successful.

I think the childhood and education from parents play a big role in developing your character.

But i know of situations where children with poor parrents became successful while on the other hand spoiled brats are total failures so there must be something inside every individual. Maybe the energetic aura & chakres? Need to do more research here.

I feel that your life is your thoughts. The thoughts and feelings which you choose create your life. Biology has nothing to do with the thoughts which you choose. This is why siblings often reach various stations in life. Same parents, similar upbringing, different results.

You might be programmed to think a certain way but this programming can be changed with techniques like meditation and visualization or EFT tapping.

There must be something in my blood which stops me from believing your doctor. My blood tells me he's foolish.

It's all about the decisions we make! We base our decisions on our beliefs so we had better make sure our beliefs back up our desires!

Well, not in the blood per se, but if I understand your question correctly, it is certainly part of one's make-up. Read up on Temperament Typing (by researchers like Briggs-Myers, for instance). It's vastly different than personality testing, and is based in character, which does not change. Find out if you're an Idealist, or a Rationalist, or an Artisan, or a Guardian, and what those labels mean.

I beg to disagree that it's not come from the blood.
Well, it also depends on the environment where he/she grown ups.
