Hey,

I am now try to make it my habit to view good side of of my life. For example,

If a part of you body is ill like mouth or anything, don,t concentrate on it.Feel

that other parts of your body is well and focus on it.

If you concentrate on illness it will seem bigger and bigger but as soon as you move your focus on your good side the illness will seem not much and you can even forget about it.

So change your attitude now and it will help you.

This is a very true statement, I also always try to think that no matter how bad I think things are for me, there are always people far worse off than me in the world!

Hahaha, that is great! Thank you for putting that in print, my friend! Just a month ago, I had a sore throat. My nurse girlfriend took one look at the white spots in my throat and said, "That's STREP. You MUST go to the doctor and get antibiotics." I didn't want to spend the $250, so I "burned" it out of my system in three days. Three days. Viral infections go away in ten. Bacterial infections sometimes kill; but many thousands have survived them, just letting their body kick them out over time. It took me three days.

(I don't do this as a matter of habit. But this recent example supports your point, idesign.)
