When you're out there in the rat race, are you too busy taking care of things to stop and ask what it is you really want. So many people never stop to ask this question and fewer ever answer it. The fantastic thing is when you do answer it everything else becomes easier. For when you answer WHAT you want and WHY you want it, you will empower your subconscious to drive you toward your goal rather than your conscious pull you toward it. Believe me it's much easier to have that hidden drive than to fight what can feel like an overwhelming uphill battle toward your goals.

You created the vision, Now Go Live It !

Easier said than done. there are very few fortunate people who hear that wonderful echo emanating from their heart and changing their lives for ever. It is yet to happen in my case.

O.k let me put it like this. If you never ask yourself what you want ...how will you ever get it ? You cant reach a goal you never establish in the first place !

There has to be more to it than just asking what you want though. Do you have some actual strategies to help us define what we want and how to get there?

There is more to it. It's about clearly defining what you want your life to be. Exactly what you want you life to be. Every single aspect. IF you do this exercise your life will begin to change. IF you dont you'll stay stuck right were you are.

    1. Answer this: If your life plays out perfectly over the next 30 years, seriously, in 30 years, what would that look like. If everything when perfect what would you be doing, where would you live, what would your family and friends be, what is your career, how much money do you make, what do you do for fun, what have you eliminated from your life, what have you added, how do you feel each day? What is the perfect average day for you? Be extremely detailed. What foods do you eat, what do you do to recharge you battery, where do you vacation, what do you do for fun? Paint the picture. You cant create it if you don't bring it to life in your own mind and put it to paper. Don't worry about HOW you're going to do it at this point. Just define the perfect place. As you do this the "not knowing how" thing will continue to knock you back to accepting less, don't let it! The only caveat is that YOU have to believe in your heart that it is possible. If you don't think its possible, its not. It has to be realistic too. If you're 5'5" and 29 years old and your going to be in the NBA, thats not going to happen. Write it all out. Also this is a living document that should change and be tweaked as you move it forward to make it more ideal to your as you go.

    2. Once you have this DETAILED out you can start to chunk in down into more bit size goals and strategies, set realistic time frames for achievement and begin to tackle the How's

But I all starts with a Vision.
