No one intended for us to truly fail. The true sense of failure means giving up without ever trying again to realize your dream. If you truly develop a new meaning of failure you will begin to develop the characteristics of faith, discipline, perseverance, unstoppable fear and persistence.
We were all blessed with certain 'raw' resources that are necessary to move forward. These resources include our imagination, ideas and undeveloped intellectual capacity. This capacity that was given to us is without limitations. The only limitations we have in our life are the limits to fully grasp the idea of our unlimited nature.
It takes effort to believe in a cause. It takes effort to continue on when our results tell us to give up. It takes effort to feel happy about everything that happens to us including the joy and sorrows of our life. However, on the other side, it takes no effort to fail. It takes very little to allow the slowly deteriorating attitude about ourselves, our present and our future. There are few things in our life that we have total control over. One of them happens to be our attitude. Unfortunately, most people are led to believe that we have no control over our attitude.
Through our attitude we can decide to read or not to read. Through our attitude we can decide to try or give up, procrastinate or act. Through our attitude we can blame ourselves for our failure or thoughtlessly blame others. Our attitude can determine whether we lie or tell the truth, advance or recede and of course, whether we succeed or fail.
We are unfinished human beings. By that I mean, there are so many bridges yet to be built, places yet to be discovered, talents yet to be developed and nurtured, new books yet to be written. Your attitude will determine your choices and your choices will determine your results. All that we are and all that we become is left up to us.
Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes.
The key to your better future is left up to you.
