One Million

The new year approaches, so that got me thinking... lets say you wanted to make one million dollars in total profits for the year of 2011, how would you personally go about doing that? Feel free to be as abstract or specific as possible.

These type of visualizations are good because they get you thinking on a higher level...

    easy....I make VERY good money, but no where near one million. Maybe soon but.

    I will be scaling up from december 2010 to early jan 2011.

    we bring in lots of the green doing the following or using this sales funnel. In two niches.

    1) free optin to blow them away PDF and video (200 optins a day)
    2) OTO before they download
    3) they go onto list (Auto Resp series x 13 spread every 2-3 days includes video)
    4) for buyers and freebies I offer a low key or same info as product drip fed continuity.
    5) for buyers I offer vip video continuity.
    6) then offer offline seminar (which does very well)
    7) offline seminar we sell out normally and then offer full on GOLD VIP coaching (one on one)

    Enough said. We are tweaking all these processes...so time for me to get my ass out of here and get back to work. LOL.

    I think multiple approaches are the way to get to the big 1M.

    Celente has a lot of it down pat.

    But I'm adding a 2nd level to my membership program, doing a 3-step direct mail campaign, and really niching so that my target audience gets smaller, but is more loyal and will spend more.

    Good advice MCD.

    Pictures precede realities. Picture a goal and make sure you can't plan for the goal, meaning it's outside of the realm of your logic. This forces you outside of your comfort zone which in turn forces you to think big.

    Yeah, Celente has a good system going on... sounds very well put together.

    helenaldin that's what I was thinking too. Not just relying on one method, but using them all together, you know multiple income streams.

    Ryan exactly, and 1M dollars a year is in reality doable, just way beyond what the average person hopes for. You would have to make about 84k a month, sounds impossible, but Daegan Smith has been clocked at 138k/m.

    A large-scale product launch might make it...

    Or if you have a large list...

    Or you can flip domains with high-end expertise. Domains are just like real estate, flip em', flip 'em and keep on flipping. $10 will become $50, $50 will become $500, and $500 will become $5000. Soon enough you'll see $1,000,000.

      Haha, well, I haven't started domain flipping. But I heard a speaker (Shaun Stenning) speak about it at an IM seminar I attended a few days ago and he is making millions with this method.

      I'm right in the middle of a project right now so I prefer not to sway to other methods, but I will attempt domain flipping asap.

    Find a bunch of CPA and Affiliate products, and do a ton of SEO (or get someone to do it for you), so they're all on page 1! Should be getting a flood of money!
