Giving is to GAINING?!!

THE MORE YOU GIVE THE MORE YOU RECEIVE

We can always have something to contribute.

Is there someone who is so poor that he has nothing to give?

Yes, he who is selfish, greedy or lacking in faith to the abundance of life.

Giving is indicative of our willingness to share the abundance that is inside us.

It doesn’t have to be things material all the time. We can give our time, our listening ears, a helping hand and various forms of services.

In giving, we do not focus on what is lacking in you but on the ‘ABUNDANCE’ that we have.

When we give generously, when you share bountifully, nature has its way of bringing back what we shared.

Give with a cheerful heart. True giving brings joy to one’s whole being.

That in itself is already rewarding.

When we give because it is the right thing to do and without expecting anything in return, we will be surprised with what is coming back to us.

To my fellow Warriors:

What is that "something", the "ABUNDANCE" that you have or its in you that you are willing to offer to others?

When you give? are you giving with a cheerful heart? how does it feel? does it make any difference giving with or without a cheerful heart?

Was there instances in your life that you gave, and nature brought back what you shared? care to share?

-In giving/sharing everything, its the start that you actually started GAINING everything-

Some interesting ideas you present here. I think everyone can at least give a kind word to those they met during the day. Sometimes a kind word make all the difference.

Your post kept me thinking. I am asking this to myself right now --- What is that "something", the "ABUNDANCE" that you have or its in you that you are willing to offer to others?
Sadly, I couldn't come up with any answer. To start with, what do I have abundantly? Do I have a generous heart? Honestly, I don't know.

Was there instances in your life that you gave, and nature brought back what you shared? care to share?
-- There was one time when I met a mother who's 2 days-old son was about to get operated. She had no money. I had a few bucks in my pocket. I gave it to her without having second thoughts. A few hours after, I won in a raffle in the amount that was exactly the same that I handed to a mother. That incident happened only once but I've always kept it in my heart. I felt it was God's message that He was glad I helped someone with having second thoughts.

There is a pretty good book out there, I'm reading it now, called "The Power of 2" and it explains the importance of developing relationships with other people and how it positively helps you and the people around you.

      100% agree..

      I'll tell a story I know.

While two people climbing the mount Everest they saw a man lying on the ground. One man said that they should carry this man and the other said no we can't risk our lives. But the first man refused his warning and got the man to his shoulders and the other went ahead journeying alone complaining they must end the journey soon.

When the first man go along with the unconscious man on his shoulders some far ahead he saw his friend's dead body.He was caught in the terrible cold and he couldn't survive. But the good man could survive because of the heat generated by the man on his shoulder.

So this is it...We have to give something to get something.

I agree with that. sometimes you are frustrated on giving for you lose some of yours but time will come that there is more coming to you. most of the time it was in disguise that makes us seek for something.

I don't think so, even though it seams most of the time you give for gaining but it is not what truly happens

I don't agree. If you gain something you have given something in return, work, helping someone, or trade.

We don't have to monitor it all! I gave so now I should receive. If you give with unconditional heart, it may come back in mysterious way, when it feels like it.

Anyway, it feels good to give, so you immediately feel good.
