ALL PEOPLE WANT TO SUCCEED, BUT NOT EVERYONE WILLING TO CHANGE.

Most of the appointments that filled the sky is the promise to change, but spoken by people who are offended and angry if it is recommended to change attitudes and ways.

CHANGE DOES NOT GUARANTEE SUCCESS, BUT THERE IS NO SUCCESS ACHIEVED WITHOUT THAT CAN CHANGE.

Only few changes in life are actually welcome. Most resist change when they do not really understand and perceive that it might cost them much more. Willingness to change is unpopular since change may bring out fear of the unknown and fear of failure. Changing also means leaving your comfort zone. Even if there's a chance of success after a change, it would still force people to stretch their comfort zones. That's why people tend to sidestep goals that require change and taking risks.

Most of the changes we have gone through in life were forced upon us. At the time they seemed bad and disruptive and downright depression. Years later we look back and say how it was what I needed at the time.

Many years ago when I joined the service I was regretting it when I got to basic. You had someone yelling in your face, telling you what to do and when to do it. For someone like me that was shy and quite it was very unsettling. But looking back years later I would do it all over again.

I met some very good people, got to see a lot of the country I never would have seen otherwise, learned a skill, and learn how to live on my own, without mommy and daddy…

More kids should serve at least 2 years in the service if for nothing more than the maturity and independence it brings.
