Success Principles - Patterns of Genius in Everyone

I believe that everyone has genius in them. No matter who they are, there is something I can learn from them! Because I'm coming from that frame, I always seem to pull genius from other people.

We can learn from:
  1. A random persons communication pattern, if it gets them good results.
  2. Other people's mental strategies. Just ask them! There's nothing people love to do more than talk about themselves! Let them!
  3. People's physical strategies. In the internet marketing world, I've simply asked people what they do to get results. It's profound how awesome people are, they'll give you massive pointers.
  4. Watching a Youtube video of Eben Pagan.
  5. Watching a Youtube video of Tim Ferriss!
  6. Having a conversation with pretty much any human being in the world.
  7. Reading high performance material.

I know a lot of people who spend most of their time putting other people down. Oddly enough, those people don't get good results in life. Conversely, I know some other people who are life long learners, and listen intently to other people when they talk, that seem to pull patterns of genius from everyone. I studied Neuro Linguistic Programming extensively and one of the things the co-founders did was model effective people. They literally went in and pulled patterns of genius from the unconscious minds of people, and through things like hypnosis, installed them in other people. That got me thinking about this!

Genius is all around us, if we're willing to seek it out! I've become such a hunter of effective strategies, it's profound how much I've learned. I've learned a lot from all of you! Thanks for reading.

    So true Ryan, I personally have found you can learn from these “negative” people too. By watching them sometimes you can see by the way they hold their bodies how they are going to come across.

    When you listen to them you can see how they focus on the negative and done see any positive at all.

    You can say “what a beautiful sky” and they’ll come back with “yeah, but I bet it rains tomorrow.”

    It makes you pay attention to yourself to see if you are doing some of those very things.

      No matter how negative some people are, we can still learn from them. We can see the effects of their attitudes simply by conversing at them or looking at them. We can learn about new ways of thinking and talking. Most of the times they help us realize the things to avoid. They make us realize the 'not to do' things to become better. Being with people who share our opinion and thoughts just strengthens what we believe. But being with others who don't share the principles and values that we have give us valuable understanding that help us improve our current capabilities.

        Unfortunately there are a lot more of those negative people out there then us positive people, but if we all stick together there's nothing we cannot do.
