Christmas Spirit Each Day

Why not change your attitude to a Christmas-like spirit each day?

Whether you celebrate the holiday or not the change in energy in people is remarkable these past few days.

We can change our energy at any time; a date on a calendar has nothing to do with how we feel.

Thoughts?

    Exactly why I love Christmases! People try to do good at this time of the year. People try to be nice. People tend to forget and forgive. Life becomes easier and lighter to bear. LOL. I think we all want to spend every single day like it's Christmas everyday. But we don't get to have holidays every day. We don't get Christmas bonus every day. We don't get to have time for family everyday. And we don't receive gifts everyday. LOL. what i'm trying to say is, without all the other factors that contribute to Christmas spirit, it just won't feel like Christmas everyday.

    I went to the boxing day sales today, and picked up a couple of new toasters and kettles for $5.00, I'm going to give them to the salvos.

      The point, I think, is not only to treat yourself like it's Christmas, but to treat others like it, as well. If people like you because you like them, then you'll be that much more successful in life.

        maybe not toasters and kettles for the next 364 days, but I will have plenty of stuff to give them when I do my "late" spring clean. I also buy extra pet food each week and put in the RSPCA donation bin in the supermarket
        My mum used to do this, and I am following her example
