Hey everyone,

My name is William Tha Great, here from Houston, Texas.

The year 2010 is fastly coming to and end. Christmas just went by and I hope everyone had a happy and warm Holiday! In a couple more days it will be time for year 2011 to take effect. I know many people are excited to dive right into the new year.

Shoot, I know I'm ready to get things rocking!

My question too you is: What are you have you been doing now to start out the new year on the right?

I have been writing, writing, writing, & writing some more. I plan on attacking guest posting extremely hard this year, because I want to establish my authority in my niche.

What about you? I can't wait too hear from you!

God bless,

    Hey Dominique,

Thanks for taking the time to comment!

I would have to say that is a great idea! Look like you have it thought out pretty well. I believe if you work hard and consistenly you wil get to where you want to be at some point. Persistance is the real key too success.

For a person to get anywhere they have too take action so, that is great that your already one step ahead. Taking action is the main thing I tell people when they ask me questions. 90% of people are afraid of failure, but really failure is what teaches you how to succeed.

    Just my 2 cents.

    Thanks again!

    God bless,

Although it is pretty understandable, the bottom line is, you can never win if you never try!
Besides, taking chances really help you to get better at what you do, and stepping out of your comfort zone can't be a bad thing.
It teaches you different things, allow you to free yourself, enable you to discover new ways of life, new concepts, new methods and such.

There are so many people who could live a more fulfilling and meaningful life if only they would give themselves the chance to have a go, and then adjust their actions/efforts accordingly and along the way in order to reach their goals.
It seems like such a waste sometimes because some of these people have hidden talents and hidden abilities that they don't even try to uncover or unleash.

We can only hope that at some point they would wake up too and decide that a wasted life is far more worse than failing at something.

      Hey,

Thanks for taking the time to reply!

I totally agree with you in order to win a race you have to start somewhere, or at least start at all. You are absolutely right many people have hidden talents that have not yet touched into because they have not fully challenged themselves.

I believe when your backs up against a wall that is when you will preform at your best. When you push your self to take action on a constant basis it will be much easier over time, may be even natural.

I don't believe failure is more important than success, but just as important. You won't have one without the other.

      Thanks again everyone who replied!

In the mid 80s I was taking a composition class in college and at that time was really bad about doing my assignments (procrastinated way too much) and would wait until the day before, or just before class, to write my assignments.

Previously I had spent days trying to figure out what to write but when I "HAD" to do it or fail I was always able to produce a paper that got me an A.

So you are correct when push came to shove I was able to produce what I could not do previously. This, later in life, got me to thinking about what was going on and it all comes down to the state of mind I was in and how my subconscious handled the need as opposed to the desire.

          Hey,

          Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

More proof that when your back is against the wall you tend to preform at your best.

A similar example for me was my first 3 years of school I didn't do anything. I was lazy didn't study, skipped school, & didn't do my work. The only way I was going to graduate was if I did outstanding my senior year. Somehow I managed to pull it off and still graduated with my class. There was no way I was going to let myself be behind, so it was like a extra boost of motivation that came naturally.

          Just my 2 cents.

          Thanks again!

    Hi William,

I never look forward to a year, just the next moment.

I am focused on 10:58 AM EST, making it the best minute of my life.

I never do New Year's resolutions. Why tie the hands of the universe? There is only NOW.

    Have a powerful day!

I’ve been involved with a personal challenge that you can find here: http://www.warriorforum.com/mind-war...enaEOP2C9P6VKW

This challenge has opened the door for a plan that is beginning this week. Part of it involves writing, blogs, forums and websites.
