Having become a full time entrepreneur (no more time wasting job), I spend a lot of time cranking out content, creating programs and generating strategies for high performance. That means that I have to be able to produce results consistently to maintain what I've built, and continue to expand massively.
I was listening to Eben Pagan talk about productivity and it sparked an idea in my mind: Take breaks in between work.
The strategy I created out of that is this:
Create a list of 10, 10 minute actions (writing an article, doing a video etc), engage in 5 of the actions, and then take 30 minutes and COMPLETELY UNPLUG.
Don't think about work, don't think about email, shut your entire operation down and stop.
While you are in your unplugged condition, do something that makes you laugh. There are literally thousands of youtube videos that can make you crack up laughing!
So, 5, 10 minute actions, then 30 minutes of being totally unplugged watching something that makes you laugh. I've skyrocketed my productivity just from doing this!
