I get the best results when I challenge the status quo
I have spent the last two years of my life deconstructing my own mental programming and reconstructing my own brain programs to add massively in the area of results.
I am privileged to tell you, it worked. I was taught to fear criticism. I was programmed to fail. I was taught to fit in. I was taught to respect authority, even if I had a manager that had absolutely no idea how to run a company and communicate with human beings and it got to the point where I just didn't think those old models worked anymore.
Awesomely enough, as soon as I started challenging things, everything started working great for me. I started reading about the brain, and found out how changeable it really is. Contrary to the status quo and popular belief, intelligence is not fixed, you can deliberately increase it.
Just because you're in charge of a company, does not make you an effective human being, or even a smart one. If you communicate well with people, and you allow people to use their strengths all the while keeping in mind their emotional condition, you just became an effective human being.
I could go on for days! In fact, you'll probably read a lot of this in my book (which I plan to have hit the NY times best seller list in a couple of years). Remember, the old paradigms don't work. The world has changed. You're brilliant and failure is your best friend! I wrote another great post about this HERE.
