What's Your Online/Offline Ratio Look Like?

I'm always tweaking my online/offline ratio.

Usually I spend at least 6-8 hours per day online.

Other days it's 4 hours.

I like to have 12-16 hours offline per day. 9 hours devoted to sleep and 2-3 hours dedicated to personal development.

I don't hit these targets daily but keep pretty close.

What's your ratio like?

    Well I’m in the IT field so my online ratio is pretty high, plus with running an online business I probably spend about 8 hours online every day… At night I like to read a good book though to keep my imagination alive.
