Kick Ass and Achieve Massively

I just wrote a 20 page guide (free) on the topic of this thread. Here are some of the major factors of totally kicking ass and massively achieving:
  1. Pay Attention to your mind - Train your Brain
  2. Get into high performance mind states
  3. Install new mental references (beliefs)
  4. Use self hypnotic inductions
  5. Take 30 minute breaks where you unplug completely
  6. Do the opposite of what everyone else is doing
  7. Don't settle for not doing what you love to do for money
  8. Think in strategies - It directs the mind
  9. Get out of the "tamed realism perspective." Pretty much anything is possible

Think about how effective you'd be if you learned how to totally take control of your mind and you had the best strategies to make things work! They're everywhere! Happy New Year everyone, let's kick ass and achieve massively.

      • This is a great report. I need to get a mirror to try out that exercise you mentioned... I have done it on occasion by accident, and it's absolutely true! I didn't even think about using it as a strategy until now.

Thanks for the valuable report! =D

Thanks for commenting! I know right? It's funny to hear it said like this.. I literally was doing it (engaging in something I knew I shouldn't do) and then I looked over and seen myself in the mirror. That immediately changed things!

Thanks for replying, thanks for what you said.

I myself like #9 with a slight twist.

Anything you set your mind to *IS* possible.

I find that the only things I do not accomplish are those things I that I do not strive to accomplish. If you can't envision doing it, you won't do it.

Good point and I agree. If it's something you hate you need to give yourself some type of motivation to get it done. In this case it will have to be something to avoid the pain of not doing it.

As a person who was in to body building big at one time I know the importance of a mirror. The mirror is your silent training partner. You always watch yourself in the mirror for a number of reasons, form, motivation, and to check your results.

The mirror doesn’t lie or judge, if only reflects what is there.
