- positive thinking
- easily thinking clearly
I've been disciplining myself from years ago to write TO DO LISTS. It works very well , (although sometime I forget to write some really small things), but it works very well. I realized that with TO DO LISTS, anyone who implements this will do things more effectively and more tasks will be done in shorter time consumed.

After do this all, this is what I'm still learning to implement for now:
COOLING DOWN
Don't let the engine heats up and gets 'kabloyyy....!' (don't let your head explode doing lots of things with no cooling down session.
