Here's my little tip for feeling awesome every single morning. When I wake up, I head downstairs, plug in the coffee maker, and while that's getting ready, I do this:
I feel limber, and relaxed, and just awesome. Then I hop into my shower and take a realllllllllllly hot one. Like, no cold water at all. I love the feeling of loose muscles.
Then it's out of the shower, and the coffee is a ready to go, and I'm ready to start my day.
Establish a routine, warriors. One that works for you and makes YOU feel good. It's your life, live it on your terms.
