Wake up feeling GREAT.

Hey Warriors,

Here's my little tip for feeling awesome every single morning. When I wake up, I head downstairs, plug in the coffee maker, and while that's getting ready, I do this:




I feel limber, and relaxed, and just awesome. Then I hop into my shower and take a realllllllllllly hot one. Like, no cold water at all. I love the feeling of loose muscles.

Then it's out of the shower, and the coffee is a ready to go, and I'm ready to start my day.

Establish a routine, warriors. One that works for you and makes YOU feel good. It's your life, live it on your terms.

    As an addition, I would add a short 5-10min meditation after you're done doing this to relax and get your head in the right mood for the day.

    Sun salutation is a great yoga exercise and really gets the bodys energy flowing. This is only a mini version of it. The real one is a bit more hard core.

    I start my day with a cup of green tea with a slice of lemon that really wakes me up and keeps me in a refreshed mood. Works better than coffee in my opinion

      Any available solution for a student here? I set my alarm at 6 a.m 'cause I have class at 7 a.m, but it's a hard task to follow in the winter
