Yea great time management is always tricky. My way is setting a weekly plan and really trying to stick to it. Slots for each task & just getting on with it

Thanks. I liked his creative mind exercise.

If you want a full time management program. Try Eben Pagan's. A lot of people get stuck in week one, because the shifts are considered. But if you want to become productive.

Time is a deep mystery. Time management can be improved massively by taking very small steps. Post notes and to-do-lists is king. I'm awful at this though...
