What are you NOT doing because others (or yourself) is either scared or don't want to do?

Think about... think of something that you currently think....

"I don't feel like doing that"
"That seems scary"

Logially think about what the REAL out comes would be if you did it.

My recent epiphany was making cold calls. I use to think if I got rejected I would feel bad... guess what it didn't! Life goes on. If your offering value, don't be afraid to OFFER IT and put yourself out there!

Fear is most often just in the mind.

Every day I take a leap of faith, skydiving. Well, 5 days a week at least. It's a real buzz. Nothing else quite like it.

First time up for a beginner it's as scary as hell. Blubbering wrecks some people are when we open up the door. Scared sh*tless is an understatement.

    GO!

Whatever you are faced with in life, it's better often to just take the bull by the horns, control your fear and take that leap of faith.

More often than not afterwards you'll just feel great that you just did it.

And to see that smile of relief and joy on the ground is so worth it.

It's not the fall that hurts you just the splat at the end if it goes wrong.

Touch wood, I'm still here. And many clients come back for more.

too true most fear is in the mind I had an experience a few weeks ago, never been on a rollacoaster in my life, went to Orlando with my teenage son & daughter who love them - so had to go on them, scared absolutely but faced it, did it and now would certainly do it again

Usually it's the fear of what MIGHT happen that really scares us. Of course there is the fear that we KNOW what will happen too. It's facing both of these that make us change and imporve ourselves.
