    Complicated tasks always seem like a trying to fight a hydra untill you break it down.

    I have a personal seo strategy that I've created myself, sometimes I borrowed the best bits from courses I bought and others through personal experimentation. Every new site I refine that strategy just a bit more, and it becomes that more effective.

    That, and damn good outsourcing.

    1. Write down what you want to do.

    2. Write down how long it will take.

    3. Set the timer.

    Ex: I write an article from thought to finish in 20 minutes. Solid and no crap.

    Fresh Wordpress install with favorite theme and plugins = 10 minutes.

    You can't work smart or efficiently if you have no idea how long it takes to get tasks done.
