How Can You Get Rich by Giving?

Do you want to receive more money? Do you want to get rich?

Joe Vitale suggests that you start by giving something. Giving something does not mean giving away your time to others. If you desire to receive money, give money to others.

If you resist giving, you are sending messages to your mind that you don't have enough money, you might need this money in emergency situations etc. Once you have that mindset, it can be difficult to do make a lot of money in your life.

Initially, you might feel uncomfortable in giving away money freely. Negative thoughts might come to your mind like - 'I cannot afford to give away money like this', 'They might not put this money to good use', etc.

You need to brush aside these thoughts and still continue the habit of giving. Very soon you might become comfortable and start giving more and finding great joy in giving.

    Hi,

I'm a fan of Dr. Joe Vitale's work and have found the more freely I give, the more generously I receive.

Most are hardwired to hoard, or at best, give with strings attached for fear of "running out" of money. Nothing says "Poor Person" to the universe like someone who doesn't offer their money up freely. Could be 5 cents, could be 20 million dollars. Big or small doesn't matter to the universe; the feelings behind the giving are what count.

    Thanks for sharing!

Giving without serving the self is something most religions expouse.

Tithing is something that has long been suggested is the single biggest factor in receiving. "You will recieve tenfold what you give" is a phrase I remember quite clearly from my youth. Other of my friends in other religions spoke of similar phrases. None of us really seemed to know whether to believe it or not...

Joe Vitale certainly has made a chunk of money in a variety of niches, and the self-realization one is no exception. Depending on what you read (and who was the author) what you give may not need to be "in kind", so giving of yourself may not necessarily need to be your cash. It is the freedom of giving, without strings or hope of compensation that is the event that counts.

Joe provides a lot of information, and he may also be right on this one.

Giving to others (and especially if you're being appreciated) can give you much more happiness than any other things in this world.

However, never give for the sake of asking anything in return, at least not from the person you gave it to. You can expect the universe to give something back to you - multiplied - but not from the person you gave something to.
